I recd a very rude phone call this am at 12.20 pm saturday from er solutions told me I had apersonal problem to ask who they were and refuse to talk not knowing who or what they were calling for.this is 1st phone call guess it will get worse? plz register this complaint I have a feeling they will call again....thanks james

I am getting phone calls that say they are within my area on the caller ID from MRS. Actually it does not say MRS but I wanted to know who was calling me so I returned a call. My parents have also received these calls. The calls concern my daughter and I do know why they are calling her but I tell them that the business they have is between her and MRS but they keep calling me. What can I do to stop the calls since I have nothing to do with it

I received a court summons in January for $2,000 I owed my hospital. I called the lawyer right away and he said if I make payment arrangements to him he will contact the court To dismiss the case. I agreesd to send him a $100 a month (which we really couldn't afford! Made out to the hospital but sent to him. I have made three $100 payments. Yesterday he took out $2,455 from my bank account. Also for some reason my checking account is negative $2,455 and so is my savings. My bank couldn't give an explanation for that besides bank garnishment.
