I know that LINK REMOVED companies negotiate our debt amount upto 50% but I do not know about their charges? Please help me?

I know how the debt settlement negotiate our debt amount, but I do not know what would be the charges for their professional work? Any ideas?

Very simple question to which there is almost no information on the web... Has anyone actually been hit with a Deficiency Judgment on a HELOC or Mortgage after a short-sale or Foreclosure? Or do you know of anyone who has? Some people do settle the seconds to avoid the possibility. But I cannot find any instance where a deficiency has been sought in court. My home had been my greatest asset and over 3 years has turned into my greatest liability. It was valued at $610k in 2006 and in 2010 Zillow had it at $250k, in suburban St. Louis.

can this type of program be used just for credit card debt and do i need to own a home??

Hi there, can they get someone for contempt of court for not repaying a debt. It's for a credit card and it's a civil matter. Can they put a warrant out for that person and how long before the person would know about the warrant? Thanks Mary

in the state of texas can a payday loan collection agency get you fired, take your property garnish your wages and have you put in jail for as they call it check fraud this is in texas. this loan is over a year old. i have tried to make arrangements but they want all of the money up front.. i owe 800.00

Called them today and they offered me 2700 in 3 payments on a 8600 debt.IF this is legit,and i do mean IF,would you guys take it or wait a while longer?I am at 120 days late now.Thanks
