I am in the middle of filing bankruptcy and have a bunch of payday loans to report to the trustee. Unfortunately, a couple of these companies don't seem to have brick and mortar addresses. Does anyone have the mailing addresses for the following: Yellowdale.com Kingston Financial Btw, my debt was totally manageable until I took out a payday loan in order to take a trip for work. One led to another and another until my entire paycheck was being eaten up with fees and I couldn't feed my kids or keep the lights on. We really need to outlaw these kinds of companies in our country.

Your Company has shown up on my credit report, would like some information. The address that is shown is an X-daughter-in-law. Can you help me with this?

Hi, I did have a debt of a few hundred piunds to Capital One. They asigned me a Debt Manager within Capital One and I paid off the debt in full over four payments, monthly. The debt was paid fully in December 2009. In the lst couple of months I have received letters from CapQuest stating that I owe money to Capital One. I have written to Capquest and explained that I have NO debt with Capital One and referred them to sp4ak to my Debt Manager.

I have my checking account with USAA. I am not in the military nor am I a dependant. I live in texas and am trying to figure out the easiest way to handle this. I have a loan with United Cash Loans. I know they arn't licensed here in texas, and are in hot water with many states. I called USAA to revoke their ability to do ACH debits. USAA refuses to do that, and if I close my accout, USAA will open it back up if they try to withdraw funds. That means, if the funds arn't there, it would overdraft. Is there any way around this?

I got a call yesterday from Citi's prelitigation department on my husband's card, balance now 30K (includes late fees) and 85 days late. They stated that I am not responsible for the debt. They had previously made an offer of $14K, but we cannot pay that in 3 months. They said the only thing we qualify for is to pay the entire balance over 12 months (2500 per month). If we had that, we wouldn't be behind? They said that we do not qualify for a hardship program because we had a couple of "special offers" on our account. Does this sound right?

Hi there, I'm still a newbie here, but I'm grateful for such an outstanding resource, and I need all the help I can get. I'm in Texas, first off......and the payday loan biz is booming here. But the loans I have aren't really what i consider payday loans as they don't require a post-dated check or ACH authorization. Most ask for a list of items of value for collateral (TV's, jewelry, tools, etc).

I have found out that I am being sued by Cavalry Portfolio Services (I believe a junk debt buyer?). I have not received a summons yet, but found out via my county's court records. I had been getting letters from law firms telling me I was being sued and they could help...so I looked it up, and sure enough. I have been receiving letters from their law firm saying they are offering a settlement deal if I make payments to their office. I don't know who the original creditor even is. They are taking me to small claims court in early May.

Recently I had a discovered that Goldman & Warshaw had tried to levy my bank account.

In my (Defendant) first set of Interrogatories and Production Production #2 asked for signed original contracts, Plaintiff responded "After reasonable investigation, it has been determined that there are no documents responsive to this request, This ia because the card agreement between plaintiff and defendant was not signed". I live in Pa. is this grounds for a Motion to Dismiss With Prejudice.
