Hey all. I'm in quite the pickle. I misplaced my bank book and lost track of how much I had been spending. So, I went into the main branch (where I opened the account) and had them go into my account and get me both my current balance and any pending balances. I wanted to make sure that I had the correct amount. She told me how much I had and that I had nothing pending. I got that on a receipt. Great. Well a week or so later and all of a sudden I am in the HOLE by $2000 bucks!!!! I flipped out and immediately went into the bank to find out what the heck happened.

Does anyone have info on YellowDale, Direct Funding, or JellyRoll Financial Payday Loans?

Calling mutliple times (11 to 15 times daily) with some idiot from India on the phone. Claims to know who we are. Releases SSI numbers to whomever answers the phone. Caller ID from a number 973-954-2843, a number that is out of service. Rude. Says calling on behalf of American Express. Complaint sent to local authorities and American Express (Valerie in Toronto). Not sure if valid. Will update when appropriate. Mutliple calls, even to the appropriate phone are not legal. Anyone receiving more than 2 calls please inform the local authorities.

I recently applied for a checking account with a local bank in California. I was denied due to an outstanding balance with Washington Mutual. How do I find this outstanding matter yet resolve it. No clue as to the past acct. number?

Recently I asked if anyone heard of Profession Debt Mediation out of Jacksonville Florida. I received a letter demanding $1000 for a payday loan in which I totally had forgotten about. I had several which were paid with overage in fees. I followed the advice of the forum and closed my bank account. Apparently I had forgotten about this one. I am willing to pay the $500 back but not with all their fees. I live in NJ and know now they are illegal. When I spoke to the rude person from PBM I asked for validation and the address of My Cash Now in which they informed me they didnt know it.

I have asked, and asked, for verification, and validation, for an LVNV account, listed on both my Equifax and Experian credit reports. I have been disputing this for more than a year. Both credit agencies always state the account is verified as mine. But the account is not mine. The account shows to be removed in June. I don't think I should have to wait, until June, for LVNV, to remove an account, from my credit report, that is not mine.

I live in Missouri, like I said- I read the law on this and it states: Criminal Action: Prohibited (Unless check returned due to closed account or stop-payment by maker) So, does this mean if I close my account, I can be prosecuted? I currently have three storefront loans through AAA Cash Advance and Quik Cash. I did get an EPP from Quik Cash, to take care of that, but I don't think AAA Cash Advance is a member. The amount on the AAA Cash Advance originally was 450, the two with Quik Cash (One is my husband) I am not sure about- but the EPP makes this do-able for us.

My story is that I purchased an item online. When I check my online banking, they deducted my money the next day. For the last 3 days, I did not check my online banking. Just now that I did, I saw that my money was returned. For the item that I ordered, it is arriving tomorrow. I'm confused. Who paid for my item, is it CBE Group? Is it possible?

I have been reading a lot online to see what my options are and I need help. I am trying to decide if I should go with one of the payday loan consolidation companies or try to work it out myself.
