What is the smartest way to delete inquiries from your credit report? My mother is not getting a loan in Banning, CA because of a few inquiries on her credit report.

My husband and I just applied for an apartment , the apartment was declined due to a judgement but there is no judgements on his credit report. How can that be possible ?

I was applying for a new mortgage and when my Experian credit report was pulled there were six entries on my credit report from the same collection agency that were posted in February. I had never heard of the company nor do I have a clue what the entries are for. I don't ever recall receiving a collection letter or call from this company. The total dollar amount owed is next to nothing, 2 of the entries are for $22 each and the other four are for $12 each. Do I send a debt verification letter or just pay the $92 and let it go?

I live in California and have an installment loan with Check N Go. Got me hook, line and sinker. Next month the loan payment due date is before my payday and so it will not clear. I called Check N Go twice to let them know and both phone reps told me there are zero options. That is the payment will attempt to go through and then they will contact me to make up the payment. Of course there is likely a huge fee and I tried to convince them I want to make good with them. I took the loan, and I have to pay it back.

I took out an installment loan from check n go. I live in Missouri. My payment is 556.00 monthly. I was late on the first 2 payments so they took my payment but did not pay anything to the principal because of the late pay. On the 15th they received another payment ( this time on time ) Now they are telling me I will have to pay 2 extra payments in order to pay off. I understand a late fee but over 1100.00 dollars going to interest only seems totally unfair. Also, I requested that they ACH my payment but the manager told me that was not possible I had to show up with cash only.

I am ready to send my ach revocation emails to the pdl lenders. However, I can't close out my checking account until after my next payday. Should I wait until then?
