Help! I took out 2 payday loans 3 yars ago, Sandpoint and SDS Processing. I paid them in full, $510.00 each. I am still receiving calls from companies stating that I owe. The latest call was today from Gateway Group representing CGM group LLC and DJR group. They gave me a date that supposedly showed when money was deposited into my account. They had my bank account number,SS#, work and on top of it, they called my sisters cell phone. How did they get her cell#? Her number is not associated with my name anywhere.

Hi I live in nevada and have a loan both with Ameriloan & US FAST CASH. Can you tell me if they are licensed in my state? I beleive I have paid more than what was borrowed. If I send them a letter to revoke my ACH and a desist to stop any contact letter, will they adhere to this?

I plan on closing my bank account would this be the smart thing to do? Or what should I do next?

Any papers that I will need to have on me when I go to repossess a vehicle? Will I need any special or specific identification? I had a 1000 loan with castle and have paid them about 1450. My current principle is 750. I sent the letter on the site and asked for a refund of everything above the principal. They have offer to settle for487 and I declined but said I would accept a PIF. They told me I could request arbitration on their reservation. I told them no thanks and I will file a complaint with the Minnesota AG and FTC and my offer is off the rave, that I want every cent back. This is one of several payday loans I stupidly took out. My finances are a wreck. Does anyone have experience with CPF?
