The latest call was today from Gateway Group representing CGM group LLC and DJR group. They gave me a date that supposedly showed when money was deposited into my account. They had my bank account number,SS#, work and on top of it, they called my sisters cell phone. How did they get her cell#? Her number is not associated with my name anywhere.

Hi I live in nevada and have a loan both with Ameriloan & US FAST CASH. Can you tell me if they are licensed in my state? I beleive I have paid more than what was borrowed. If I send them a letter to revoke my ACH and a desist to stop any contact letter, will they adhere to this?
