Is their a procedure to remove bankrupcy from my credit report. BK7 occurred after two bank faliures, failing my business and cannot pay the called loans on a personal guarantee? prior to this situation, my credit score was >730. Can yoou help? Mike Murphy

Nelly: I don't owe anyone money and tonight I received two phone calls in a row from this Allied Interstate, when I asked who they were, they said a financial company and asked if the phone number they called belong to me, well if you look in the phone book, yes it does, but I don't appreciate the late phone calls.

I just received a summon letter - I have credit card debt for about $11k ( citi bank ) it stated in the letter that i am required to serve my answer within 20days. Do i have to go to the court? or can i just write a letter? can you pls help me how to answer them? im so confused right now.

I am reading a debt settlement book and it stated that you are considered 30 days late when you are 30 days past the missed scheduled payment date; I thought that would actually be 60 days late (since it would be two missed payments). Can anyone please tell me if this is correct? I plan on asking my cc companies how delinquent I am; so I know when I am getting close to 150-180 days. Thank you.

Has anyone used the Relief LLC Company. I am currently using them. We just started with them and they seem very well educated and helpful. My question is this. We did not close our checking account because of our direct payroll. It is complicated and we have to havve more time to do it in. Anyway, making a long story short. They sent the letters to revoke ach and all of hte other good informaiton to the creditors on Friday. The creditors have not been debiting our account at all lately and for some time.

I just got a letter in the mail regarding a debt...I didn't know I had. The debt is supposedly 20 years old. I asked the representative to send me a validation of debt. The representative said all he had was the original loan. I asked him to send me a copy of that and he refused. In the course of the conversation he referred to an auto loan taken out in 1989 and later on he referred to an auto loan in 1997. Then the representative hangs up on me twice. It all sounds very fishy...he referred to something called gap insurance. I didn't know what he was talking about.

The last year and a half my financials have took a terrible turn for the worst. I took a title loan out on my car through Wells Fargo Financial to purchase some new furniture for my house since I was recently divorced and had no furniture to move along. I also was given an additional credit card when I signed for his loan without even asking for it. Not long after, my roomate became unemployed which was my additional income to help me pay bills. He has since started working again, but only makes $8 an hour and has two loans of his own to pay.

3 years ago Asset acceptance offered me a payment plan that said if I had my monthly payment taken directly out of my bank account and paid as agreed every month (which have)then I would acrue no more interest. Fast forward to today... I only have a few more payments left to make but I noticed this month that I was charged $90.00 in interest. So I called to find out why...they informed me that they have no idea why I was offered that kind of agreement and nothing had been noted on my file about it. Unfortunately...I did not get this agreement in writing. So I'm screwed.
