Has anyone ever worked out pymnt arrangements with Speedy Cash(store) First Delaware Bank (internet) , Check N Title(store), First Cash Pawn (store), or Star Cash Processing( online), I am in hell I went to close my checking accnt and they said I couldnt close it so now my account is well over $1000 in NSF fees and this is mainly because I had a loan with Payday One as well for $1000 and they paid it in full.

I was looking for anyone who as actually used lexington law to help in challenging things on their credit report. Did they actually work for you? What sort of things did they remove? And yes i know this is something I could work on myself, but I just don't think I have the time to do it myself. Any helpful info from people who have used them would be greatly appreciated.

I received a letter from attorneys Green & Cooper stating that I owed Asset Acceptance around $1400. I've never heard of asset acceptance, except from what I read on here, and I'm not sure how to proceed if Lawyers are involved already. I've checked my credit report and I don't see anything on there about this. Should I contact the Green & Cooper or should I go straight to Asset with a debt validation letter?

My husband has outstanding credit card debit from his business which closed 4+ years ago. 2 of the debits are now coming from Blatt etc for $8000+ each. These are 2 different credit card companies. Has anyone had any luck negotiating with them? Is it worth a getting a lawyer? Thanks!!

I had an Express credit card at one time. I pulled my credit report recently and the date of last activity is April 2005, but every month from then until now it reports that i am 120+ days late. This card is paid off and shows no balance but yet it continues to report this every month. I don't understand, I've disputed this to all the credit bureau's on 5 different occasions without any luck of fixing this problem, and now I have 53 - 120+ days late on one credit report. Who do I need to contact to fix this problem? WFNNB? EXPRESS? Please help. Thanks.
