Allied is calling me on behalf of GE Money, I called GE Money and they confirmed, do I still need to validate the debt with Allied , it has not charged off, it is at 120 days.

I live in GA and have a loan with Elastic.com. (Urban Trust Bank). Trying to figure out if they can lend in GA or not.

I want to try to consolidate my credit card loans including my home equity without consolidating my mortgage (which will be paid up in 10 years). Can I do this? How? and what would be the interest rate for such a loan.

Hi there, I really do need some help here, my roommate Rick has 9 payday loans out and also has one online, now that makes 10 payday loans, well he is deciding not to pay any of them back. He had a free conversation with a lawyer and the lawyer said that the money he owes to all of them would be treated like a credit card that was defaulted on. Now does anyone know exactly what might or will happen? He says he is stressed well I'm the one that has to listen and deal with him. Thanks hugs Mary Gochenauer

My settlement company, FreeStar Financial, contacted me today with 30% settlement offers on 3 cards (Chase, Citi, Amex). They told me its doubtful it will go any lower and I could take the chance of waiting but that the downside is the offers may be recinded. Any advice from this forum is appreciated.

I have been dealing with Kramer and Frank since July of 09. I even reported them to then to the Kansas Attorney Gereral. Today in the mail I got back how they replied to my complaint. They actually lied. They made false statements to the Attorney General office. Does this call for reason to sue them? If they made false statements when telling them what I stated. One false statement they said was I wished something bad to happen to one of the ladies so she would know what it was like to be sued. I did not say this at all.

Being sued by Nudelman,Nudelman and Ziering (Paul Klemm) I live and work in Pa, Capitol One is the creditor, My appearance date is listed as 4/13/10. The summons came 3/19/10 restricted certified mail. I've called and left a voice message (today) with the lawyer that I would like to reach a Stipulation of Judgement and not go to court. We'll see if he returns my call or not!!! Ok.... the only thing I have on my side here is the fact that I live in Pa and heard Wage garnishment isn't legal in this state. However my bank account is open game.
