Hello!! Well, I have this situation with a "phantom" company called Hydra Fund I. I say phantom company because I've tried to reach them to return their money and it seems that they don't exist, the email posted on the HF.org company is not active and the phone number sends me to an answering machine. Somehow they got my information online, I believe, while I was applying for another loan with a different company. The next day, I had $300 in my account from HF (I never saw or signed a loan agreement).

i am not able to get information over the phone, why is this loan in non-compliance. You took out extra $30.00 in the June payment, why? I do need to be reimbursed that $30.00 All that should have been taken from my account is $125.00 which you did take. In July all that should be coming out is $110.00. I would like an answer back. This ismy second e-mail to your office. I dont want to have my lawyer enter into this transaction. I just want to get this paid off. I would like a call Personal Information Removed! Today please.

In addition, my wife, also unemployed, and I are $950 short for paying the rent for July. Just received a phone call from a man from Alliance who proceeded to tell me I had committed wire and bank fraud and I was about to be served by the Canadian County courts. I stated I had received nothing in the mail with regard to this and I needed proof that documentation had been sent. I explained the loan had been more than paid off and he said a lot that would do me when I go to jail or i am fired because they will serve me at work. I had 2 Hydra loans for $300 and paid them $630 each. I thought this wasn't criminal. I have more than paid them. What do I do? The stress is killing me.

I received an Affidavit and notice of garnishment from the court. It lists my bank (US Bank) as holder of bank accounts in my name….which they are. My question is do they freeze my accounts or do they only take what is on the affidavit? I do have enough to cover the amount plus anything that will be coming back on the account. The garshiment dept is closed until tomorrow so I can't call to find out. What is the procedure and laws for this. I'm in Ohio. Also my bank account address and the address where the Affidavit was mailed is different.

in december 2012 i signed up with quickcredit911.com each pay day they take out $162 out of my bank account and still the balance does not go down.i took out $400 and i have over paid it many times. i dont even know if they are legal in florida. i dont know if i close my bank account or cancel my checks if they are still going to take money out or can it be put against me on the credit report?
