any information on the folks out there saying they can evaporate 100% of debts in 4-6 mo via letter campaign quoting legal entities on the illegality of credit lending?

can someone please help me? I cannot cash my paycheck anywhere! I have a live check because my bank account is frozen (bank levy) and if i cash my check there they will take out the money i owe for for NSF. I need my whole paycheck to give my landlord a money order for rent (i need all but $2). I have to give him a money order because i had a check bounce in the past. The bank it is drawn on was closed because of the snow we had but i have a lot of questions. First my paycheck says Fleet bank.

I was served with a pattern interrogatory 3 days ago from a collection agency. Pulled up my credit report and found that a default judgement had been granted to these guys nearly 5 years ago. Well, I was never served with the papers so, of course, I wasn't in court for the hearing. Looks like there is a 30 day time limit (after the judgement) to file a request to set aside. They are obviously now going after a writ of garnishment. Any ideas? Jeff

I'm about over 100k in debt. I owe 75k in credit cards and the rest to the government. I need advice on how to proceed. I think my credit is a little beat up already but at this moment I'm only at the precipice of being really late with everyone. I'm about a month late on about three. I'm in overdraft with my bank and they want 1300 by the 13th of Feb. I have a pay day loan that I owe 384 for the next four weeks and I one payment by tomorrow...I don't have it. I'm about a month behind on rent and don't have this months.

I have 3 charged off credit accounts, 1) American Express (Already dealing with them and reaching a settlement) 2) 1st Financial Bank (Charged off) 3) Capital One (Charged off) Recently got a decent tax refund, with enough $$ to pay off all these accounts in full. I have gotten letters with different collections agencies in the past for #2 and #3, but am unsure what is the most up to date? Who do I call to pay the debt, the original creditor or the collection agency (which I don't even know which one). Please help, thanks Eddy

well I guess they are starting to call more. I have sent them letters several times filed all my complaints several times. Not responded to calls or emails, but now they are starting to call more. is there any advise from this point? I know the Dept. of Corp. told me to give them their number if I speak to them and tell them to call them. Maybe I should write them and tell them to that thats my new number, lol. well, not sure what to do now. I am ready to fight these guys. I guess Monday I will file another set of complaints and send letters out again.
