I am trying to get the loan information on my payday loan from MyPayday oan.com and they will not let me get into my account. All the emails I have from them do not state anything about what I have paid or owe. Please advise me how to get this information from them.

I am in Illinois and I borrowed 400 with USAwebcash and 300 with all credit lenders. They are installment loan. So far I have paid $258 with usawebcash and $207 with all credit lenders. none of this money is going toward principle and I need to know since these are installment loans, am I just screwed. Usawebcase says I owe them $845 and All credit lenders say I owe them $306. I sent an letter to get the wage assignment lifted for usawebcash but they told me they were going to send something to my employer. Even though in their paperwork online, it says I could. Is there anything I can do?

I have taken out about 10 loans from usfastcash and repaid them all and have a current loan out for 350 dollars. I have renewed it 3 times already and finally noticed that these loans are illegal in my state of massachusetts. Here is the email i sent them. ------------------------------------------------ Dear Lender, It has come to my attention that payday loans are prohibited in my state. Therefore, the loan contract that I have with you, according to my state's laws, is not enforceable. As I have taken out several loans with your company and paid back all of them on time.

I obtained a loan online through National Payday based in Costa Rica last year, I believe in August. I was wondering if the loan was legal. I live in Texas. I was making payments on it, much more than the original principle, over the last few months. However, lately I have been unable to make any more payments. Last email I received from them implied that if I don't pay up, they will seek legal recourse and if they had to do that, it would cost me $5,000. Any help is appreciated.

Hello all I just want to say thanks for all the help from this lovely website. This is my story. I currently have pdl's with Advantage Cash Service and I have been a "customer" with them for about a year during that time I have taken out 1400 dollars and have paid them back a total of 1680, I looked through every bank statement for the last year I have sent them a letter and revoked ACH and told them all of this, they are giving me a hard time right now stating that I just took out a loan of 650 and haven't paid a dime back.

Wondering if anyone has dealt with the company Pixy Cash. Any advice as far as their legality? Thank you.

I have taken out a student loan from a credit union in Monterey Park. I have taken out the loan in 2009. I’m delinquent on the loan. It is with a CA right now. The CA has offered me a payment plan. However, they haven’t given me anything in writing. What should I do? Should I make the payments?
