Back in august, I received a collection notice from Fredrick J Hanna regarding a BofA debt. I asked for validation within 30 days and never heard anything back from them until yesterday. Yesterday, they sent me another collection notice for the same amount (plus a little interest), but they changed the account number they have referenced to the debt. Can they do this? Did they just close out the old debt and open a new one for the same amount under a new account # just so they could get around my request to validate?

Hello, I live in Indiana and a few weeks ago I took out several online payday loans in an attempt to get me out of a financial hole. After paying the finance charge alone on several of these loans bi-weekly, I have found myself in a deeper whole and unable to maintain household expenses. I am so afraid right now because these companies have my banking information. I contacted all the companies by phone to discuss possible payment arrangements and none are willing to accept my request. I noticed that all of the companies are illegal in the state of Indiana. What should I do?

I wanted to know what are the laws when it comes from PDL's and MD.. I gotten two PDLs one from HuskHawk Group and the other one from JVC Processing. They told me if i dont have at least 500 by today at 10 am there was goin to be a warrant for my arrest. Say i did some type of fraud like bank fraud and idenity theft or something like that because my bank closed my account.. So its 2:30 and i did not have the money but i wanted to know all the information I can get

Anyone bank there and familiar with them? I am in a payday loan mess Im getting out of and going to close my account soon. However, I've been very lucky and not overdrafted before. (I've not been with them super long, though, I'll admit) But now the PDL company's have pulled $$ out before it's due, leaving very little in my account--- and my rent check is about to post for $575. I called the complex office and they said they already posted it on Monday (so I cant figure out why it hasnt shown in my account yet??), and they couldnt do anything to stop it.

I need help with Accounts Receivable Management in NJ. They are really nice and willing to assist me if they could have my bank account information. The second I did not give them the information they were very rude and said they will report me as a refusal to pay. I am not sure how to proceed. Should i just send them the monthly payment via money order for the amount that was offered since I cannot pay off the account? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Does anyone have contact information for Beacon Payday? I called 800-459-0743 but never got a real person. I know they are illegal in Indiana and I paid them beyond the principal amount loaned to me. Does anyone have a fax, email, or physical address for them?

Is ther any company out there that I can add a garishment payment to my consolidation?

My old sportsbook charged my card and say they have recordings of my voice initiating the payments...what i want to know is will these have any relvevence if i never sent them a copy of the card they charged or ever signed for this money that they took out......it is all on a netspend visa

After filling out your first questions online, I received a call from a company called American Financial Service. Is this a good company? They require that I set up an account which they will draw from to pay my consollidation. They will also charge me a fee of $6,000.00 over 3 years for this service.
