After coming to an unsatisfactory resolution with the BBB, USFastCash has the nerve to email me from recovery[at]usfastcash.com to give me a chance to keep my future loan options open and 'grab my debt card' and go to a secure website to indicate a settlement payment amount (on a total BS amount owed of $715--nearly $600 more than I obligated to pay their illegal a**es:mad:) and the date of payment. Shall I shoot them an email restating my original settlement request? Kenwood Services was sent a letter from the Attorney General regarding my complaint.

Cavalry Portfolio. I sent them a DV letter and so far they've not responded. Shortly after they signed for the letter I disputed it with Experian. IReceived notification from Experian today that Cavalry validated the debt. Is there anything I can do about this?

I had an ongoing loan with Advance America in Chesnee, SC for over a year. Just recently, I told them that I wanted to start making payments. I couldn't pay back the full $690 without taking $600 back. Their payment plan was too much, so I asked if there was any way that I could make lower payments. They told me to stop a payment on two checks going into this payment program, and I did this. They then said that they would call me when they got notice that the checks didn't go through and I could start coming into the store to make payments.

I have to warn the public against any so called "loan modification" that does not involve a brand new closing Canceling the Note, Issuing a New One, and filing a Modification of Mortgage. Let me explain. A Note is a negotiable instrument just like a check. If I write out a check to person A for $5000 and I tell person A that I cannot pay the $5000 today but I can pay $2500 this month and $2500 next month, how do we modify the Check? We VOID it out and issue a new one. The same rules apply with Notes. The Note has to be canceled.

i currently have 4 pdl's and i'm having trouble paying my mortgage and condo fee assessments. i'm two months behind on the condo fees. i was thinking of closing my bank account and starting fresh. could use some advice. i currently have loans with mycashnow, cashadvance network, cashnetusa and magnum cash advance. thanks for any assistance. :(

Am planning on filing CH 7 in a few months (have approx 125K in cc debt). Served by chase through zwicker...have 20 days to answer. (this is the first summons from any of the cc companies or debt collectors). I want to wait as long as possible to file BK. How much more time can I stall the process out by filing an answer with the court and proceeding through the process? I realize they will probably eventually get a judgement and slap a lien on my house.

I have 2 separate PDL's out with 2 different companies in the state of MICHIGAN. These are STOREFRONT places. First loan amount (counting finance charge): $342 (with Check-N-Go) Second loan amount (counting finance charge): $676(with Advance America) These are not late yet. (They are due on Friday Dec 4th). But I will not have enough in my next check to cover them. I need some help here in regards to maybe a payment plan perhaps?
