By law are payday lenders obligated to offer extended payment plans to customers in Ohio who ask for them?

Hello, I've been having issues with a payday loan company named Cutter Group LLC who apparently sold my account to some company named URG. Back story is back in May i was approved for a loan for $250, I paid back the finance charges 4x which amounted to $300. After the last finance charge I found out that Payday loans are illegal in my state of NY, so when I went to contact them about this matter all hell broke loose. They contacted my job, my uncle, mother all threatening them about me. I've called the number several times (855) 892-4226, and (855) 868-2577.

Ameriloan is illegal in the Us. And they authorized a loan and put it in my bank without my permission. Can they put this on my credit report?

I am a resident of NC and took out a loan with Lakota Cash. I was paying back for a while but later discovered what i was paying was just the renewal fee and not going towards the loan. I followed the steps of notifying my back and writing a letter advising of how this isnt legal in NC and how I wanted to pay back but not through the debits from my personal acct. in response they sent me the follwing and i am not sure what to do at this point. They called my brother the same day looking for me and told him he was a reference on a loan I had taken out. He most definitely was not.

They provided a case number to him and instructed to tell me to call them with it.

Hello all - My question is does anyone know if one has to be cleared of all credit card debt to purchase a secured credit card? I'm $3,700 in with chase bank that has went to collections, but I am paying it off in full in September of this year. I want to start "repairing" my score this summer with a secured credit card, I have the money to put down on the card..but I recently "applied" with a random online company for a 200$ card [i forgot which one] and it was denied..I don't know why it would be denied since I need to put money down..it's not like an actual credit card.
