I have changed my phone number. I have changed my email address. I even changed my residential address (moved to Yuma, AZ for work a few months ago) but every few weeks I start receiving a string of calls from some company named Greenfund LLC. How do I stop them? This is getting to be simply unbearable.

Does anybody know about this company? I am having a terrible time with them. I borrowed $300 and every time I make a payment, instead of my balance going down it just grows larger and larger. Its a joke. I live in Dallas, TX.

I received what is supposed to be dunning letter yesterday from some law office claiming to be Hammer, Morgane & Craine baised in Baltimore, MD. After that phone calls followed at an unimaginable rate. When I ask about details of the debt, all I get is "You had an account with Orchard Bank which you overdrew. We are collecting on the unpaid balance." First off, never had an account with Orchid. I have never done business with anybody other than BoA. So this debt cannot be mine.

Hi, We used to live in LA for about 10 years before last year when we moved to Cleveland, Ohio. When we moved, we must have forgotten to register a forwarding address with the post office and the conapt management. While going over my credit report I figured that Chase obtained a judgment against us a couple of years ago. I know the rules and how things go as far as they go but my question is can I move to file a motion to vacate the judgment?

Does anybody have any information on them? They called and said that Chase is moving to court because I refused to pay a CC collection account they had for me. Any kind of help would be appreciated. I live in Manhattan and the NY SOL is 6 years. I was using the Chase card in 2004 so this move does not make any sense. Why would they come after me now?

Hello, I live in Greenwich Village, NY and I am looking for some help. Does anybody know anything about ACS Legal Services. They claim to be collecting on an unpaid medical bill from 1990. This clearly makes no sense because I was born in '92. Rude as they are, they threatened me and said I would be arrested. The thing that touched my nerve was that they called so many times at work last week that I almost got fired. I found no address or anything related to them? Could you help me out with an address so that I can send these numskulls a C&D letter?

Greetings from Irving, Texas. Does anybody know anything about the Advantage Optic Score. I got my CC application rejected by BofA. They said that my Optic score was too low to qualify. My FICO score is 683.

Has anybody heard of this company before? Are they still in business? I had to go overseas on military business in 2009 and I had a few CC accounts and one medical bill in collection with them. I returned this year and I cannot seem to contact the company by any means. They do not respond to emails and when I send them letters, they are returned as undelivered. I live in Hartford, CT.

I was checking my bank account online this afternoon and notices First America Credit took 10 cents out of my account. I'm not worried about the 10 cents, what worries me is this company has access to my bank account considering i don't have any pdls with them. I did fill out information awhile back on their website inquiring about a loan but never signed any agreement nor did i receive any money from them. Has anyone else had this problem? And why only 10 cents?
