The saga continues, I received another call with a threat of a summons, called back spoke with one person then transferred to Tony Simms, I had spoken with him before, anyway I told him that I was receive a letter on their letterhead with thier address, I recieved a letter but only with the amount owed no address, anyway I had told I wanted validation of the debt, he said by the time they would get it to me I would be summoned, I guess I should just take my chances with the summons, since I am not receiving any info from these people.

I have multiple loans and just cannot get out from underneath them. I feel constant stress everyday and am starting to default on some of my loans because I just cannot pay them. Please tell me how to stop them from collecting from my bank account....I really do not want to cancel my bank account, just want to stop the ACH's. Can you please tell me how to contact the companies and effectively deal with them to set up re-payment plans, keep them from calling my work, and prevent one of the companies where I signed a wage agreement from trying to get my wages?

Hi guys, first of all thanks for letting me know it's possible settle all this debt... I tried to pay off 30% interest on these 4 cards every month, and it just crippled my finances. I don't have a job now, but I can borrow money and do side work. Don't rent... staying with a friend. I want to pay these off ASAP, especially when I'm job hunting. so I have 3 cards and 1 phone bill, I was wondering if you guys can give me advice about dates to wait, and when these companies will start sueing me?? I can't let that happen.

I'm trying to clean up the last of my payday loans - just two left. They were long ago written off, but I still owe some prinicipal. I know, UCL is completely illegal in every state. But, morally/ethically, I still want to pay back the remaing principal of $190. They, of course, claimed that I owe much more than that. As many of you know, they are extremely difficult to deal with, and that's a gross understatement. I was with T & C, but stopped to take care of some other matters, and recently tried to re-sign up with them.

I need help with business credit cards. Where can I get one that won't use my personal SSN?

Well, I have been taking steps to get rid of my outstanding payday loans. Have closed my account, written C and D letters, filed complaints with state AG's and BBB and a few with the FTC. I have 12 payday loans. The worst, and stupidest part, is I did this all last year, got the loans I had then all taken care of, and then went back and got these new ones again! I know, I am the dumbest of the dumb. I guess it takes me twice to learn my lesson. Anyway, this time, it has not been as easy as it was last year. Last year I endured several nasty phone calls, and that was about it.

I was advised by our mediators when I went to court that a Stipulation to Judgment is kept private between me and the party suing - ie it won't appear on my credit. The court docket currently only shows the mediation date that was held in August. My payment plan starts this month...when the paper work is returned to the law office and the file it with the court house...will the case docket that is viewable by anyone show the amount we stipulated to or will it be kept private?
