how do you get cash when you don't ask or want it???

Hello, I contacted this company today and I've read that they've been able to help some people. I spoke with someone from the company and they've instructed me to close my bank, reopen a new account. I pay them a fee for them to represent me and then they will take over contacting the payday loan companies in order to arrange a settlement. I have a lot of stress right now with taking care of my sick grandparents and working full-time. The thought of having someone handle the negotiating sounds very appealing. I'm just wondering if anyone here has had any luck with this company?

Can anybody tell me if Integrity advance or ez cash media is legal in hawaii? I am with Langhorne debt solutions. I told them that I paid $390.00 in interest and principle for a payday loan I took out with Integrity Advance for $300.00. They are telling me if I pay loans on your own, you are paying interest every 2 weeks unless you had asked them for a payoff figure and paid it off. Is this correct can someone please help me?

I have had them tell me, the settlement they are offering me was very hard to get, and must be there before end of week, and I won't be able to get the money to them by then, but would be able to do the settlement if it was in two payments and within 5 weeks from now. They claim they will go to court, or I will have to do bankrupcy which I do not want to do. They said the orig. holder of this Bank of america debt is now Fredrick J. hanna associates and they won't take less or even any payment. I was hoping to do within 5 weeks on 2 payments. Any luck working with these people? thanks

So I talked to one of the CA who holds a collection account of mine. This was about two weeks ago. We agreeded on a settlement amount. She also said that she would delete from my credit report. She told me that day that she was going to send me a settlement letter. She told me that she would send me a paid for delete letter after payment was received.I still havent got the settlement letter. She said last week that she was going to send it. Still havent got it. She said today that she would fax it to me. Still havent got it. Called her back still havent got it. You guys get the point right?

Wondering if anyone here knows of any links/Web sites that address state owed debts. I know the laws are different when you owe the state, but I still believe my rights have possibly been violated. Would appreciate any leads or any Web sites that address answers to state owed debts. Or, if anyone here is already familiar with state collection agencies, my question relates to combining two separate debts into one and disregarding my attempts to pay on just one versus the other. I just don't believe this is legal and hope to address it.
