Hi, I just called town and country and found out that they don't work with KY residents for PDL Consolidation. Does anyone know of a reputable company that might work with KY residents? I really would like to consolidate my storefronts ( I have 3) if at all possible and I don't know where to go from here. Thanks!

Need some advise, I have a charge off that was sold to Arrow Financial, they have never contacted me, but Lowery Law Firm has, they quit calling and another CA started calling Superior Assett Management just recently, then today I get a call from Lowery again, which I have talked them yet, they could be collecting on something else. Anyway, I've been considering offering them a settlement offer that would have to be paid in monthly payments, which I really don't think they will accept my offer. If I do make an offer will this restart the SOL?

I have an account in collection with west asset. The debt is valid, but the amount is two times the original. I have repeatedly requested a validation of debt amt, but they never respond. Do they have the ability to garnish my wages, or bank account without notice? Should I start making monthly payments, or try to deal with the original creditor?

Hi everyone, I'm so happy to find this site and forum - I'm too embarassed to talk to anyone about the hole I've gotten myself into! . Payday loans have been a nightmare for me and are eating up all of my salary, to the point where I can barely pay my rent anymore. These are the current payday loans I have: MyCashNow - 387.78 + 87.78 finance fee 500Fastcash - 455 + 155 finance fee Nationwide cash - 700 + 105 finance fee Cashyes - 400 + 120 finance fee If I just pay the finance fee, that equates to over $900/month (paid every two weeks).

i've seen alot of post about kingston finanical, anybody know how to get a hold of them, how do you stop them from debiting your account?

So I get a call from Karen Miller who says she is a process server. She calls my work number 3x before I finally pick up (thinking it may be an emergency) She says she has been trying to locate me all morning because she is scheduled to come to my work to serve me a summons. She says the plaintiff is The BAR group and that I have one chance to settle this today. She said the charges are attempt to defraud a finiancial instiution and something else (bad check I think). I told her that I told BAR group that I could pay by mail and that wasn't an option.

Huskhawk group deposited 200 into my account a year and a half ago, without me really knowing. I looked them up at first, tried to call them but there customer service number was disconnected and I couldn't reach them ever. I changed my bank account and phone number and ignored them ever since. Fairly recently I received a letter from viking recovery stating that they bought the debt, and I now owe $650 on it. I've been doing a little research and I think I've waited to long to dispute the debt, but is there anything I can really do?

Ok... got a call to email the compliance department at united cash loans... what does this mean? and who are they? what do I email them... that I over paid them $110.00 dollars? help....

I am trying to find a fax number for Crestwood/Ashland so I can fax a letter to them. I called them, and the lady who answered would not give it to me!! Anyone out there have it????
