I am now receiving messages from my boss to return calls to First National Services. The number on my caller id is a number is Holly oak, DE (302-791-9666). I returned the call today to be advised they were collecting for Payday-Loan-Yes. I spoke some legal muble and was transferred to Tim Atkins the person identified himself as the owner of the "offshore company". I asked for a physical address to sent a C & D and he refused to provide me with a physical address, a P . O. Box, an email address or anything.

I am being sued by a company known as US Cash Advance, but have no knowlege of this co. and like many PDL's I cannot find them anywhere. Does any one have info. on them? thanks

Hi, I am behind on payments of pay day loan. A guy names John Thompson cld and said he has a paper for cease and decist. Then he said you have no idea what i am talking about, then I said no. He said I need to call The deparment of check and business services in Tonawanda NY. I cld and Todd Evans answer the phone and he said was hello he didn't even say his company name. He said that he is representating Paychecktoday and that I have to make payments because it is fraud and I can go jail. I paid $50.00 and he said they will advise John Thompson not to cease or decit.

Hi i had someone call me from the deparment of check and business services in new york. When i ask them question they got mad and said that i owe a payday loan and if i don't pay for it they will take me to jail. I google there address and phone and nothing i think they are scammers can someone help.

I have been dealing with cleaning up my own PDL mess and have amassed quite a bit of info about PDL's in the state of Washington, along with fairly current info on pending legislation here. If any other WA residents are struggling in the trap I am more than happy to share what I have learned. My info is on these companies: CashNetUSA (Licensed, status = "office closed" ?? no idea what that means):confused: ChecknGo (status debatable - they have had extensive troubles in WA for a few years but supposedly worked out a deal.

I need any and all help I can get dealing with Encore Receivable Management. For about the past three weeks, they have called anywhere from 1-5 times a day seeking a person (or persons) I do not know. I made the mistake of calling them back at their 866 number (866-652-3145) and asked to be removed from their calling list. They say they'll remove me, but the calls persist.

I sent out letters to the three credit reporting bureaus, the creditor and the law form to whom they assigned the case. I know that all the letters were delivered due to deliver confirmation. I received return receipt from the three credit reporting bureaus but nothing from the creditor and attorney.

Does anyone know who NCC business services is affiliated with. I had 4 payday loans out. I have sent my letters many times and keep sending them. I have filed complaints with the BBB and my attorney generals office in PA. I have received a PIF letter from Integrity and Sandpoint has agreed to accept the remaining $70 that I have left to pay towards the principal. I have not heard from Kenwood Services or Ace Cash Services. This is a collection agency that keeps leaving me messages on my cell but does not state who he is collecting for? Has anyone dealt with this company?

I moved four threads to the Mod section, if you look at them before opening them it appears they are spam from Ibaored, but if you open the last one it's from a Fey. It appears we have a very bored individual who loves to play games.
