I am unable to pay my payments in full, or on time. I need to lower the amount of payments, but bad credit and missed payments eliminate me. What can I do?

Hello All, I am new to this forum and could use some help. After a stretch of unemployment and wife's medical issues, i have fallen behind on my CC payments. This all started 2 years ago and i have yet to pay one bill since. I would like to start the process of at least negotiating. I have received collection letters of up to 70% off some balances.

i know castle payday is tribal and illegal. However, are they illegal in Michigan? i noticed they're from here in Michigan where i live. would them being in the same state as me be any different than any of the other tribal lenders? Are they licensed to even loan outside their reservation if the applicant is in the same state? Just curious as to the laws if the lender is in the same state.

A credit card company keeps calling my cell. I sent a letter stating that I would only accept calls from a specific number (home number). Citing USC Title15, Chapter 41, Subchapter V, § 1692 and The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act

I filed Bankruptcy and this debt was part of it. I needed a car so the dealer said I had to discharge the Bankruptcy in order to buy the vehicle so I did and a few yrs later AFFEEs found out and garnished my check. Ive paid over half of the 10.000 that I owe, I called and told them that I wanted to call it a wash and stop taking payments so they told me to write a letter with reasons why etc, I need to know what kind of attack do you recommend?

Does anyone have any luck hearing back from them? I sent them both ACH revocations on friday, and nothing.

Still dealing with Zest Cash, now known as Spot Loan. Since they are now tribal, I notified that I had actually overpaid them, and closed bank account. A few months ago I sent a certified letter to Stellar Recovery regarding this loan, and not to contact me, which they havent. Today I received a phone call from Lighthouse Recovery regarding the same loan. I got their address and will send another letter. Has anyone dealt with these people, and will this mess EVER GO AWAY??? I am so stressed and tired of dealing with this!

I closed my checking account and was paying USFC and American Web Loan thru a pre paid debit card. I have overpaid both of them. Last week I sent them an e mail stating that they were illegal in my state ( Missouri ) and I wanted to either see their license to operate in MO or a paid in full letter. I did not hear from them so I sent the same e mail to them again. Yesterday I received a phone message for USFC saying that they received my request and I needed to contact them right away. I did not return the call, but what should I do now? Have not heard anything from AWL yet.
