Ok. I have a debt of $367 that I owe to Wachovia Bank for overdraft charges in a checking account from unauthorized debits. I am willing to pay it off but now it has gone to RJM Acquisitions which is another collection agency. I was wondering should I pay the balance straight to Wachovia or RJM? If RJM, will they send it to Wachovia?

I have a judgement against me from Discover card. This occured back in March 2009. Last week I recieved a summons for the same debt. This time through Mann Bracken. I called discover and the debt is with Mann Bracken. The previous suit was filed through WW&R. At the time they had the debt according to Discover. I need to file an answer next week. What should I do?

Settled my chase today for 40% of $11,700.00 or $4680 in four payments over 90 days. I have been haggling with them for awhile and decided to try and call after my account went over 140 days and near the end of the month. It took a little haggling to get to the 40% today but then they came back and offered 35% if I could do a lump sum; too bad I couldn't. Anyway, I am happy that card number 2 will be off my plate by the end of the year. Now if I can hold B of A at bay until the new year and settle with them, my plan will have worked perfectly.

i to had a loan with these people. i shot an email today to mr mashburn. basically i told him he was illegal in indiana and i could send the copy of the law if he requested. i also requested a refund ofsome of the 1800 dollars i had paid on a 500 dollar loan. he sent an email back saying all is forgiven and i am pif. just wanted me to sign off on the documents. nothing about the refund though. i replied to him thanks but what about the refund. i was a little nervous thinking he'd pull his offer. he emailed me back stating that 500 dollars would be in my account on monday.

This CA has started calling me, they first called last friday the 18th, which I did not answer, and they called today and left me a message, so I called back just so I could find out what they were collecting on. Which I know which cc they are trying to collect on, and yes I do owe it, I don't agree with the amount at all, but anyway, I didn't give them any info. I asked if a letter had been sent out and they asked for my address, which I probably should have given them, but I told the lady that they should have all that information. I'm trying to not admit or deny anything.
