Can you please confirm whether or not the following companies are licensed to provide PDL's in the state of Ohio. THEN I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM SHAYNAH@CWBSERVICESLLC.NET THAT MY LOAN WAS APPROVED AND I HAVE 2 BUSINESS DAY TO REFUSED THE LAON, BUT THEY STILL PUT THE LOAN OF $300.00 IN MY ACCOUNT I ASK MY BANK TO REVERSE THAT ACH DEPOSIT AND THEY WILL. BUT WHAT DO I DO NEXT.

If Cash Call sells the Western Sky loan they are currently "servicing" to Delbert Services which is licenced in my state, can Delbert Services loose their licence? I am asking this as I think they might do this. Since the original debt is illegal and I have NEVER signed any of the "deferment agreements" Cash Call has sent me, I know they cannot even suggest that this debt is legal in any way.

Hi! I have one payday loan from Cashinawink. The loan was for $450 plus the original finance fee that pushed it to around $560. I have currently paid $880 towards it due to renewal fees.
