Is any one deal with Fifth Third Credit Card? I have 16K debt with them Can I settle the debt?

I am very much wondering - if i have been served a default judgment saying that a CA is going to garnish my wages - who has the original summons or a copy of the summons that I thought I was suppose to get if a CA was trying to sue me. My county clerks office has no such document, but they sure had a copy the default judgment for wage garnishment that i just received. I never received a summons to go to court. WHO ISSUES THOSE??? Does the court where I guess I was suppose to go have to have a copy or original copy of the summons if a default judgment was issued in a court.

Is there a such thing any more that doesn't use a house or a car for leverage? I am current on all my bills, but I have about 43000 in debt that I would like to consolidate (one of those is a car loan, if I take that out and leave it on it's own it is only 33000) into one payment and then close out all but one CC. There used to be plenty of places that would loan that on a signature loan if you were above about 650 fico, now it seems that no one will loan anything at all even if you have 750+ without a car or house securing it.

I have a court date in a few months for a case management Conf, I have answered there interrogatories and request for production of Documents and have sent them my own Discovery as well, I have not gotten any answer from them yet, My question is what do I do, if they dont answer me within 30 days, or what Action do I request in Court if they have not answered my Discovery by the court date, they have started calling my house again, I figured to try and settle since sending the Discovery to them

We have 3 payday loans from 3 store front places, We live in Kentucky, Peoples payday advance 400.00 60.00 interest cash express 435.00 65.00 interest check n go 425.00 75.00 interest I put the amount borrowed and then the amount paid in interest every month we pay them, We have been paying on them since April. My husband is disabled and this is causing hardship since i also became disabled, my husband also has direct deposit of his ss check. We need help badly, we cant make ends meet and need to get help. My husband received a $200 loan and now this woman by the name of Linda Brown keeps calling my phone and saying that mu husband owes $1350 now. She callled my cell phone this afternoon from a restricted number and would not leave a message. So the next time she called I picked up and she stated that she has 2 warrants out for my husband for theft and bank fraud and he will be picked up within the next 10 days and be shipped to Texas. I told her that I was aware that this is a civil matter and not a criminal one.

It was about a ford credit debt and was being done by the collection agency RUBIN & ROTHMAN out of Islandia, NY. I live in western NY state.
