I turned to payday loans to get my car fixed, and catch up on credit card bills. Now due to all the loans, I am behind with all my creditors and barely have food to eat. I am an Illinois resident with 6 payday loans and three installment loans. All Credit Lenders (Installment) $500 principle w/biweekly payments of $99.92 scheduled to continue until 4/10/2010. Current. Cashnet Usa (Installment) $400 principle w/biweekly payments of $60.16 until 12/9/2009. Current. Little Loan Shoppe (Installment) $300 principle w/biweekly payments of $105 for 20 payments.

I have over 12 loans in PA with internet pay day loans: Ameriloan, 500 fastcash, my cash now, loan shop, pay day one, east side lenders, intergity advance, zip 19, First Bank Delaware, Kenwood Services, Cash Advance Network. I am think of closing my bank account and trying to settle with them. My check goes to paying them each week. I can barely pay the rent pr car loan or get food. I have direct deposit. I am thinking of stoopping it soon. Any advice?

I live in the state of Georgia and just received via certified mail garnishment paperwork on behalf of LVNV Funding LLC. These are copies of some of the paperwork sent to State court of Gwinnett County. It was sent from a John P. Farrell who is the attorney on behalf of LVNV Funding LLC.

I am in the process of doing CC settlements on my own. I have settled a Citi account and working on my B of A and Chase cards. Both of them have indicated they are willing to settle but I don???t have enough funds. I have some monies but need a little more time to have enough to settle these cards. Should I pay one month payment so they won???t charge off and it will also give me another month or two to scrape the remaining funds together. Is there any risk in doing this such as not being able to settle the account down the road?

Hi folks, I'm new at this and signed up with resqdebt for them to reduce my ccard debt for me by lowering apr's and to make a settlement with 2 companies which are charging me hig apr's... I have 6 payday loans 3 storefronts in ohio and 3 online paydayone , cashjar, and integrity advance. I know payone is legal in ohio I called to make arrangements with them and they wanted the full amount yesterday 9/11 ($619.48) did not have could not pay. i got paid yesterday and i have $1.00 in my new checking account I have already closed the old acct no one has my new checking account.

I have taken out multi pdls and have lost track of what I owe How do I research this? Also have you heard of Connct To Cash or Payday Direct 1?

I have a pdl from Cashnet USA and am in default. The original loan was for 500.00. However I paid 300.00 on the principle and 500.00 in interest. What they say I owe right now is 283.00. A "Mr. Richards" keeps calling leaving threatening messages at my home and my job. My boss is getting very irritated by this and getting upset with me. I've read all the "how to's" and the WI laws about dealing with this but because I'm in WI, I'm still confused about what I'm obligated to do. Can anybody give me some advice?:confused:

My wife of almost a year now had 22,000 in debt through a local bank (line of credit and credit card) payments were high so she decided to use "Credit Solutions" wrong thing to do, they did nothing but take her money and say just the right thing to string her along and take more money.
