I am trying to figure out if CK Marketing and Ashland Funding are the same company. NCS a very rude "debt collection" agency is calling in regards to this. I have paid off Ashland and I want to make sure CK Marketing is a seperate payday loan company.

I have 5 active online loans and I live in Ohio. I sent them the recommended letter posted on this forum via my personal email stating that i have overpaid the principal on the loan. I placed an original block on my checking account but they keep trying to debit it. They call me me everyday and have not responded to the email I sent them explaining my loan to be paid in full.

How does one know a debt settlement co is telling the truth about how long they have been in business ?

I recently put a block on cashnetusa from taking funds out of my account due to they broke the terms of our arrangement. I took another loan out the other day from Check N go. But still do not see it showing up in my bank account. Do they use the same service as cashnetusa and thats why im not receiving the money?
