i just receive a bill from your company asking for 464.40 for time warner cable , we left time warner almost 2 years ago and went to cinti bell. the last bill I paid for at time warner was for 350.00 a week later we were in a new company,I do not owe time warner any thing! and why would you wait almost 2 years,to send this? I got: (my name) your application was received on 03/12/2013 but we were unable to approve it . You will receive a correspondence detailing the reasons why shortly. Frankly, after reading ALL the complaints about this bank, I'm happy I was declined. But I want to know: WHEN CAN I EXPECT A REFUND OF MY $300 DEPOSIT that they took from my bank account? Should I call to make sure?

I co-signed for a student loan for my son. I have since gone bankrupt - chapter 7 - bankruptcy has been discharged. The loan was not in the bankruptcy. The day after my bankruptcy discharge they turned this loan over to a collection company. The collection company is charging interest. (How do I find out what interest rate they are allowed to charge or if they are allowed to charge interest) I have made payments as well as tried to come to an agreement for a lump sum settlement. They will not accept what I have offered. It is now with a 3rd collection company.

Hi, I was reading the advice given about how to find out if your PDL are illegal. Payless called me today and I signed up with them and they are scheduled to take their payment on 5/8/13. I see where it says that this is something I could do myself. Well I called Bank of America and they said they can do a stop payment for the specific amount -but that I could not issue a revocation of an ACH authorization-only the company can do that. With that said-here is the information requested. I am in the state of New York.

Will I be notified before a wage assignment is carried out?? I've sent the revoke letters twice now, however my payroll department... supervisor and all....state they do not accept revoke of wage assignment without a lawyer. I have recently taken out a $500 loan at Advancemenow but had just lost my job and they are not willing to work with me on the payments. The interest rate on it is 353% for a 31 day loan.
