in hall county they have a clean sweep law in effect which is taking away our rights to property. let me explain. the 14th admendment gives us LIFE, LIBERTY AND PROPERTY. now the way they have the law worded you can`t have anything on your property unless they say you can. now I like to tinker on old cars like from the 30`s 40`s 50`s 60`s 70`s . and I keep them in the back yard where it can`t be seen from the road nobody should be able to say any thing about them .

I had a loan through areoadvance over a year ago and somehow they just stopped taking payments. Then all of a sudden a couple months ago a I was contacted by a collection agency in New Jersey disguising as a lawyer by mail. Then someone called me in my hometown area and said he wanted to serve me papers if he could meet me somewhere or at home. He contacted my references also. I ignored the calls for a couple weeks and now it's been a month and I haven't heard anything. Is this payday loan company legal in Minnesota?

I had a judgment placed on me a year ago. Long story short I never showed up to the court date because I thought it was a scam from a collection agency. The debt was 10 years old and had long passed the SOL. How can I know fight the judgment or atleast get it off of my credit? The debit was from FL, but I am now in GA, which is where the Judgment was placed.. Thanks in advance.

Ok.... on Saturday i get a paper in the mail from the courts saying i have a levy against me and the company lvnv lending is behind it and will come in and take property from my house. This is the very first i found out that lvnv was even trying to collect money from me. i freaked out of course and ran to the courts and filed an objection (not sure of the legal terms for it) no one at the courts or even legal aids office gave us any info as for what to do. so i came home and spent 2 days getting all the info i can. i learned about what to do. however... im well past the 30 day summons time.

I have a loan with Pay Day Loan Yes. I see there are many addresses for them. I have emailed to them my ACH Revoke letter after I received a threatening call from them. I asked for their address and they would not give it to me. I have also faxed my ACH Revoke letter to them. Do you think by sending the fax and email ACH revoke letter is enough being I can not find a correct address? I have a loan for $500 in which I have already paid $300 in fees. I would like to pay the balance of $200 to them but they will not cooperate with me.

I got a call from a david greico concerning an account with them. I made arrangements and couldn't make the payments because of my tuition. I told them to take it out of my account and he said he was going to turn my file over to my local sheriff's office for writing bad checks. I don't know what to do. I didn't give them a check. Hello....ok my consumer debt of $7,000 was apparently bought by H&H and they want to settle for $3,760. The original creditor was sears, then midland funding and finally H&H who has also shwon up on my credit report. The last payment made to the original creditor was 10/17/2007. I am in the sate of CA. I had also requested something in writing about the settlement and they wanted to e-mail or fax instead and were giving me a very hard time when I would request it by mail?
