I am paying off my payday loans but after reading a few of the posts here I am reather scared that they will send bogus ach through after the pay off, has anyone else had problems of this nature. The places are Cash jar salaryfast cashnetusa should I close the account as soon as they get the payment?

hi...i received a marshal's notice of execution, (nyc) stating that a judgement has been entered against me in a very old debt under 10k. (nearly 7 years ago, was when i stopped paying due to lack of work). so it's a third party company called pinnacle credit. i don't have any income, no property of value, nothing to settle this very old debt. i live with my boyfriend. but i am not on the lease. can they take HIS things? this is my concern. i don't want anyone else to be affected. i have nothing in my bank account right now and when i get money i will need to pay the IRS first.

WOW am I glad that I found this site as I am in deep and I am trying to come up with the best way to get out......Bottom line is that I lived well beyond my means for way too long. Had a good income which allowed me to chip away but it has been cut a lot due to this recession and my wife losing her job. Bottom line is that I owe about 85K (spread over 5 cards). I have been able to make minimum payments and am current on all but am treading water and running out of breath!!! Am considering credit counseling but am scared of getting taken advantage of due to my desperation.

I sent them a letter revoking authorization because they are illegal in my state (NY). I borrowed $500 and paid $350 so far. They didn't respond to my emailed letter or my faxed letter. I went online this morning to check the account and it says "COLLECTION TWO" And a note that says "please call, we need to discuss your account". Does anyone know what "Collection Two" means? I requested a hard debit block for my bank account but found out last night that my banks says they can't do that.

Good morning to all, Yesterday I pulled my credit report and saw this (MCM) entry for.

I grabbed the mail this morning and found I had a letter from VCS & Associates. I had asked them to send me the contract from SSM Group since I didn't have one and they said I did, that it's in my email. Well I keep ALL my emails, drives my husband crazy and nope...no contract or emails ever from SSM Group. They deposited $250 in our account and have taken $225 total so far. Now this letter from VCS & Associates are claiming I owe $730 and that since I defaulted SSM Group has given the collection over to VCS.

I had a country wide home loan and I was 9 months past due and was put on a repayment plan for 9 months I just completed the plan on 7/30/09. 5 days later I received a phone call stating that I still owed $85.08 for "inspections" On 8/17/09 I received a letter in the mail thanking me for completing my repayment plan that was agreed upon and that my account was now current. I got my statement which was also dated 8/17/09 that said I owed the $85.08. To me current means current and I should not have to pay any more money since I completed the repayment plan as set out.

Hi, I had no job in last year & so i couldn't pay my interests. I have got a job six months ago but it take me a while to get settled. Now the issue is i have been receiving calls from collectors last 6-8 months & i couldn't take those calls. Now i want get off the hassle and look for any kind of debt settlement or management.I was curious if any one of you all can guide me with some valuable suggestions. Thanks & Regards.

Hi guys. Can i know that what is the requirements to get FHA loan as well as which documents needs for FHA? .Because my friend need mortgage & in my view FHA is best option for him.He has 590 Fico Score. Thanks & Regards.
