I live in Illinois. I currently have paydebts which are about $3,000 with the following legalized loan sharks: Paydayone- Salaryfast---warning!!!!! do not get a loan bad! Cash Net USA Magnum I was stupid and desperate at the same time. I will never make the same mistake again...never. How do I get out of this hell? I signed up with a debt counseling company for a monthly charge just to help manage these loans but they can't do anything about the calls at work. Any minute I feel like my wages will be garnished.

After a year of working with a debt settlement company (Persels and Associates)- making monthly payments I received a court summons letting me know that I was being sued by my creditor. My settlement group has not been paying my debt nor returning any phone calls. I spoke to the collection agency which now owns my debt and they want me to pay 80% by Friday of this week and they say it will not go to court. Should I do this? I feel like I am being scammed on every side. I just want this debt gone- but I don't want to end up paying the wrong people. Help!

Hello all, Recently I applied for a $300 CNG payday loan online (I reside in Ohio). I should've known something was up, as I did not receive any documentation. Unfortunately, I was unable to make the first loan payment, so I extended my loan for the extra $80. Then I found this website. CNG is a CFSA registered firm, so I asked for an EPP through email and also requested my loan documentation. I was denied for the EPP as my loan was serviced through a CSO and no documentation was provided.

I have a lot of credit card debt. I do not want debt creditors to basically rule your life and take things away , also I do not want creditors calling and nagging about payments, is there a better service and not so degrading and bothersome to help people get out of debt before 65 years old

I recently found myself in a huge financial crunch and borrowed $300. In the past 5 weeks, they have deducted $360 dollars from my bank account and are telling me that I still have a balance of $390... This is such a ripoff!!! Does anyone have any advice?

I live in Washington State and have four payday loans that are eating me alive. I know this is my fault and accept responsability but I need help. Does anyone know the laws in Washington. I have read over the agreements and it doesn't say anything about garnishments or being able to deduct from other accounts that I have with the same bank. I really just need info on Washington state laws.

Hi, I was unemployed for a few months and I got stuck in a payday loan cycle. I could use any advice anyone can offer. I reside in Washington D.C. and I owe zip19.com: $800 plus $159 in fees. discountadvances.com: I've paid $106.25 and it says I still owe 596.25 even though the loan was for $300. Both loans were internet operations.

Hello. Please help. I am being sued by North Star Capital Acusition LLC / Apotahaker & Associates for an old Capital one debt. I live in PA, They attached a photo copy of an old bill or account summary from capital one. It is dated as 2004. We where servered thre papers about 2 weeks ago and at first I did not take it serious but I went to the court house today and they said that I need to put in an written appearence on why I do not agree with the charge. I am getting very close to the time line. What can I do. I can not afford an attorney.
