What is the best website to get all three credit reports and scores on?

Should I contact firm representing Citi before court? CitiBank has sued my mother for $2000 of debt. She had cancer last year and is still paying off for the chemo and radiation. Should she contact CitiBank's attorney and tell them the circumstances or wait till she has to go to court? And, becuase of chemo and radiation should had to quit her job and now receives a Social Security check every month .

I have internet loans usually $500 to $600 loans and even a $1100 loan. I am almost done with the $1100 loan. I have approx. 10 of these loans and am falling behind in my mortgage and car. I cannot close my bank account. Most of my loans I just keep paying the finance fee until I have no choice to pay down by $50 after four finances. So they definately have gotten there money back and some. Can I contact these companies and tell them I am in Minnesota and that I cannot pay anymore on these loans because for one I can't keep up and it's illegal to give more than $350?

If this has been answered previously please accept my apology but I couldn't find anything. I am in major debt right now and can't pay my credit cards. I get calls on my cell phone 7 days a week at least 3 calls an hour and I just can't take it anymore. Here is some backstory - I was laid off in March 2008, found work in May 2008 at more then $3.00/hour less. I was laid off again in November 2008 and was out for more then 7 months having just finally finding permanent employment at the end of May this year. I do not owe a debt. I get calls, sometimes more than one per day from asset management legal department. They are for a man that over 10 years ago dated my husband's ex wife. He is not a friend nor a relative. I have asked many times to be removed from the list. At times as little as an hour may pass between calls for him. I have called them back, tried everything I know to remove myself. I have gone through this for a couple of years now. How do I sever my phone number from this bum?

My father cosigned a number of step-grandchildren's private college loans. One is now in default. He is diagnosed with Alzheimers Disease. All of these loans were cosigned after his diagnosis. He has under 50k in assets and is in assisted living. He really didn't know what he was signing. Is there any recourse?

I fell victim to the PDL s...borrowed 200 from salaryfast then borrowed 300 from ameriloan then lakotacash loaned 350. the interest fees alone drain your account . I live in NC..what can I do legally?
