I have a payday loan with Fast and Reliable Cash, it is an internet company and the original loan was for $300. I have paid $455, and they are telling me that I still owe them $317.50. Can anyone please help?

I was wondering what I should do. I have a 2006 dodge suv that has 63,000 miles on it and is worth 7,800.00 The problem is that I owe $19,800. I am not late on any payments. I have tried to refinance it but my credit is so bad I can't get a better interest rate than 11.6%. What would anyone suggest I do? Trade it in on another vehicle? Do a voluntary surrender of the vehicle? I don't know what to do but I want to get my monthly car payment lower than $478.00 per month. Please any advise is appreciated. Thank you,

Hi, My name is Santanna and I'm new here. Can someone explain the process of what happens when you default on payday loans. I am on a fixed income through SSD. I ran into major finance problems and am no longer able to pay anything to the payday loans. From what I have read on here these people can be like the mob. I have had several payday loans in the past and have always paid them. I currently have 3 and I have paid way over half the balances on each. All of my income will be tied up for at least the next 6 months. With nothing left to spare for the payday loans.

We received a judgment from Dodecka without any prior notice against my father inlaw. He has been in a nursing home with alzhiemers and never had the credit card they are claiming he owned. This company is practicing fraudlent claims, because Chase Bank knows nothing about this. Yet they are claiming they are the collection agency. THIS AS TO STOP!!

Heres the deal I have an account that has gone to LVNV funding, I know they are bottom feeders. They have sent this account to attourneys Gurstal, Staloch and Chargo. I called them tried to work out payments with them ( I did NOT validate!) Trying to avoid a lawsuit. Anyway balance is $1000. I wanted to pay $50 a month they said no, they offered me $94 a month for 12 months. BUT they want me to give them my banking info for auto-pay, they say its a condition of LVNV, thats my first problem.

Starting to receive responses to my revocation letters. Received 2 PIFs. U S Cash sent me this e-mail yesterday: Dear US Fast Cash Recovery Department now holds account *****which is in a collection status. According to our records, your outstanding balance is $510.00. (If you have recently resolved this account over the phone, please disregard this message.) Many customers have let us know how much they appreciate us offering a private and secure website to handle their account without talking to a collection agent on the phone.

Does anyone have a fax or email address for Salary Fast or Cash N Dash. I have searched myself for these to no avail. Thanks!

I have applied for Judgement to be Set Aside as the first I heard of a case was when I received the Warrant of Execution of Enforcement from a bailiff at a local court. I had received no previous papers or orders or notifications because they had gone to the wrong address. Only the warrant of execution fo enforcement came to the right address - an address the claimants had used previously and knew about. Now I'm applying for the fee to be waived for the judgement to be set aside. I have sent bank statements, pension statements, a tax form but they want more.

When I finished college I started paying on student loans, which was under 4,000 but about 3 years into the payment plan they started calling me telling me they were not getting my payments. So I sent them the money orders stubs and canceled checks where I had paid, but they ignored them saying they never got the money but the checking the money orders and the canceled checks it said they did. I showed them this but they still kept demanding I pay the remaining the entire balance of 1,800 in full.

What to do if Credit Reporting agency won't send you your credit report? I have been trying to get mine's for years and they keep giving me the run around.
