I would greatly appreciate any advice for my situation: At this time I have the following loans, all were applied for online, and I reside in Texas: paydayone - My original amount owed was $969.65 I paid the interest a few times and then let the entire amount go through my bank account (knowing the bank wouldn't overdraft me that much). I then set up a payment plan with them -- paid $333.22 on July 24, with two more payments in the same amount to come out on Aug. 10 and Aug. 25. checkngo - My original amount owed was $1254.10.

I am over 70,000.00 in debt but I have not made one late payment in over 14 years. I pretty much pay the monthly payment but reuse that money each month.
