I checked my credit report & found out that i owed money to Credit Solutions Corp. So I called them to ask them what it was about. They told me for a credit card with a limit of $300.00. I remember paying off the credit card. But the lady who I spoke with told me if i paid $300.00 out of the $523.00 they said I owe it would be settled and she would send me a letter saying I paid it in full. I called a week later to be told that it was only a payment that if i pay another $150.00 or so then I could settle it.

I was thinking about Debt Settlement either by myself or with a BBB rated company....Here are my balances... 1x CC BOA - 17500 2x CC Chase - 9000 (7300 WAMU prior, now chase) 1x CC Discover - 1800 I am currently paying about 750 (450 wamu, 300 others) a month for CC's, no late or missed pymts, perfect pymt history in past 3-4 yrs. Its just feels likes it never going to end. I currently dont have any assests, I rent, I have steady job making 55k yr. I have some questions: 1. My primary checking acct is with Chase, can they go into that acct?? 2.

Thank God I found your site, I too have been bleeding from the PDL trap. I live in Pa and I think the pdls I have are internet based. I think their all illegal? I did close my bank account today, and just want to be sure of next steps. I've posted pdl's I currently have.

Hi there, I was asleep this morning, but my mom received a call from LTD Financial Services. My mom wrote down their "866-310-9843" which is LTD Financial Services. I have incurred about $150 of debt from overdraft fees from Bank of America, but I am unable to make the payment. I am a minor and I have learned my lesson from overdrafts, but BOFA has already sent this debt to LTD Financial Services (my inference). This was their first call today, and I know I will hear from them again, but I do not know what I should do or say to them. I recently enrolled into college and I do not have a job...

my wife put us with a debt managment co.we are making monthly payments .but she left off a c.c ..we cant really make the payments on it..does anyone know if it can be added to our program ??

I took out a $500 pdl from Integrity advance on 04.15.09. as of today Ive paid them $1308.00 and they still say I owe over $200. They say that my "payments" of $150/payday was a "finance charge" and didnt count towards my principal. what do i do? I live in wisconsin, and I contacted them, on the internet.

I live in North Carolina and I understand that this is a non-wage garnishment state, but my employer is located in California. Is there any way they can still garnish my wages since my employer is not located in NC?
