Hello, I'm in washington state, and I have three payday loans. Money Tree - $379.50 Ace - $276 Check Into Cash - $345 The problem is I've gotten into the endless cycle of loans and reloans to be able to pay bills every month, and I just can't afford it any longer. :( I recently got on a payment plan with Money Tree and payed it off, and they said I'm only allowed one per year (so spring of 2010). I'm on a fixed income, of just less than $700 per month. I'm seriously considering just closing my bank account.

Ive read from the other posts and have gathered some info but I need a broader advice on this problem Im having.Well what about all the debit transactions they made from my account before I closed it?Now they want to say I owe them $1500 fro a $300 pdl loan? Also if they with drew biweekly $90 from my account for 2 months,why do I owe them now $1500?Shouldn't there be money taken of from the $300 that the original loan amount was for?

Has anyone used them??? Suppossedly they just charge per item??/

I had a note in the door today when I got home from grocery shopping that said to contact the Sheriff's office about setting up a time to serve me with a legal notice. They left the Civil Process Docket #, but by the time I got in the house, the Sheriff's office was closed. Is this any different from a Notice to Defend.

Like so many others, my husband and I recently fell into the payday loan trap. Starting in April, our son had several expensive medical needs. My husband's employer charges $900 a month to cover the family on group insurance. We cannot afford that much money for insurance, so none of us were insured when my son became ill. He was just determined to be disabled by the Social Security Office a couple of weeks ago and now qualifies for a free medical insurance program due to his disability.

What a joke this company is! They get leads through other companies and have their debt settlement company actually call out to the customers! Anyone else have this experience with them? Who is this company? Their office address is a Postal Annex address. WTF?

Has anyone ever had an experience where they stopped a check to a pdl and it went through anyways? I just noticed today that one of the payments to a storefront that I stopped and made payment arrangements on is in my pending file. I am now overdrawn and will be much, much more when /if it posts. I called National City and spoke to two different CSR's - one told me that it will drop off tonight and one told me that it should not have even posted at all. WTF? Anyone had this happen to them before? Anyone?

as most of you know i'm gonna file bk. the question i can't get str8 answer on, if i pay 200.00 a month on my student loan does the 200.00 get taken off my disposable income. the money is used to pay the loans there for is not disposable?!?! can i get help on this one plzzzzzzzzzz.

I have an online pdl with paydayone, which I have never had any problem with. I also had an online pdl through check-n-go, which I paid in full last Friday. I went on their website today to see if I was elgible to re-loan, not that I intended to do it, but if worse came to worse..... Ok, so I got an email from check-n-go that I wasn't elgible for another loan (following state of Oklahoma laws).

EZCASH MEDIA keeps takeing 50-45 bucks out of my account still. For the last several weeks. I live in Michigan and now when I go to there web site Ezcashmedia.com It says it is invalid. Why are they still taking money from me and can I call my bank and get them to put a stop on it and dispute it sense the company can not even be in contact with me. Please I need to know. Thanks.
