Hi, new here and hope someone can help answer some questions. I have a few Payday loans. I had to close my bank account due to fraudulent drafts made to my account--not anything to due with the Payday loans. Charges have been filed, my bank as well as the police are investigating. I have all the paperwork to prove this, as to why my account was closed. I have been reading here and checked my state law.

Can an illegal payday loan have your professional license suspended? i am a nurse and i have been recieving calls from eclipse recovery stating that the original lender ( lazer lending ) is going to have my drivers license and my professional license suspended for non paymen. i owe them 120 dollars but they say its 600 dollars original loan amount was 300. please help

I started with payday loans last year, it was a easy fix, the first loan was awesome - gave me extra cash and was easy to pay back. It was easy to go get it again too, after I got another couple loans and paid them back it was Christmas time, I took out a second payday loan to get through the holidays, thinking at tax time I could pay them back.

The chapter 13 I had was dismissed because at the time I was awaiting a social security hearing. I was then 4 months later fully disabled by the Judge reviewing my disabilty case.He back dated my disabilty 1-1/2 years prior to the dismissal of chapter 13.How do I clear my credit report,with a hardship withdrawl now?

Hi myself Colins. been following this site for sometime now. Must say loads of information and wonderful members.However I feel, there are many collection agencies out here which needs to be covered on your site as many may need them now or in the near future. My intension is to help this board with informative posts on these collection companies.

We bought our first home about two and a half years ago at the peak of the real estate high. We paid market value (way too much, learning this fact after we bought the house and the market tanked), but we trusted the realitor, the bank financing us, and the independent appraiser. I opened a Jessica London charge account.I placed and order and received it without any problems.The next time I placed an order I was told I could not because my address was flagged.After several phone calls it appears my 35 year old daughter who lives with me has a credit account and is behind in payments. This company will not achknowlege that we are two different people.I have nothing to do with her business and she does not with mine.When I applied for the credit card it was in my name,my social security number and Im sure they checked my credit.Can they do this ? is it legal ?
