I have five pay day loans that I want to try and use Town and Country to consolidate for me. I recently closed my bank account, but it was reopened when the ACH transactions were sent through from my pay day loan places. Now I have overdraft fees from bank. How do make sure this account gets closed? Also, has anyone worked with T&C? Are they a good company to work with. I'm just afraid that they won't be able to get a hold of my pay day loan companies and the loan companies will continue to try and get money out of my account.

Hello, In a bit of a housing crisis and was wondering if some people have some advice on this one. So we sell our house, closing goes smooth, all is fine, with that closing we are homeless. Anyway in the mean time we find a short sale, put in an offer, get it accepted, get the sellers bank to approve the short sale, get our ducks in a row with financing, all is set to go, and ... The morning of the closing our bank finds out there is a $47K credit card judgement against the seller, along with a wage garnishment, and lien against the property that no one had noticed.

I have an installment loan from Think Cash. I've made several payments on it (probably 1/2 of them) and started struggling with paying my mortg, etc due to having an excessive number of PDL's outstanding. I'm in the process of handling the PDL's myself. I have sent an email message to Think Cash with this information in it and advised that I'd like to work out a payment plan with them. They keep sending me email messages back saying that I need to contact them.

I have been getting calls from a call center in India stating they are Nationwide Credit calling about a debt I owe. The caller ID shows up as area code 602 but the people are definitely in India. When asked, they can't even tell me that the area code is in Arizona. They call my home, cell phone and office number many many times a day. Since they are trying to collect on a debt, don't they have to be licensed in my state? Is this legal? I know the debt they are calling about and I've been trying to work with the OC.

My boss just called them and told them that we do not do wage assigment and they turned around and said they were going to get a Judgment to be able to garnish my wages. The only thing is I live in PA and the only garnishment they do is Child Support and Student Loans. Can this place get a judgement out of state to garnish my wages?

i live in nc and took out a pdl at a storefront in sc. i couldnt afford to pay them so i closed the account. can they press charges against me for a hot check?

Has anyone worked with them before? I was sued by them on behalf of Capital One. I have made arragements to make payments they offered a settlement at 85% but I don't have that now. what I want to do is make a few payments with them then make a counter offer. but would like to hear from anyone that knows anything about them. They are based in Arizona Thanks.
