Has anyone heard of "ClearDeBtSolutions" or "DeBt RX USA"

hello all, does anyone know the adress for first source adv.? i need to file a complaint BIG TIME with the BBB AND FTC. about 2-3 weeks ago someone frome there called my house and spoke to my husband and left a message for a return call. so i called and was told i was reported to them by credit one bank for a visa. so i stated to send be a debt validation letter. they said they sent out paperwork i never recieved. no validation, no money. then i thought about it and told them that i would send them something the end of the month.

I thought I got a dept modification from Countrywide for my 1st & 2nd mortage. But then they were bought by Bank of America. Now BAC says the only modification that was approved was for the second mortage. I have paperwork from Countrywide that says both the first and second were approved. Meanwhile my credit keeps getting worse.

Hey all....looks like my move is going to mid August. Thru contacts in Florida, I found a single dad who is looking to rent out half of his 4 bedroom home in Naples....the price is too good to pass up and in the best school district in the area. I have done a couple of phone interviews so getting employed doesnt appear to be a problem. Funny thing is, I could end up being employed at least temporarily by a junk debt buyer or CA! Or even a credit repair service!! I am excited and at the same time, scared as all hell!!!

When an PDL sells your account to a collection agency, does anything change? Do new Cease and Desists need to be sent etc? What about them contacting your references?

I got a notice to garnish wage letter about a week ago. It stated that I had 20 before they sent it to my employer. Well it's been about a week and I got another letter from the company that owns my company that contained a fax of the wage garnishment letter and the wage assignment paper I signed (unfortunately). Im assuming my employer got it as well. I will find out.Is it legal for them to send it so soon? The loan was for 250. I know not alot but I'm working with debt consolidation and I have all my payday loans included. The loan is in Illinois.

I live in Minnesota and had and still have several of these online payday loans. I paid on most of them for several payments but finally it became to much was wondering if you can help with the laws of my state. I printed out the list of things to do but I'm still not sure of the Laws in Minnesota.

when a judgement is against one person in NC can joint property be affected or seized

If I can't get an illegal lender's address to send them money how do I pay them off?? They only seem to want my bank account number and won't take any other form of payment. They are not getting my new account number! They call every number I have to harrass me but won't let me send them money. Doesn't make any sence.

I live in missouri, can anyone PM and tell me or point me in the right direction for finding a debt settlement lawyer? Thanks!
