I need the phone number to National Collegiate Student Loans. Please help

I have unfortunately fallen behind with my AMEX and had been waiting until the 90 day mark to make payment arrangements. I kept getting emails telling me the last day I had to call them to make arrangements. I called on the last day when I had enough money to take care of things and AMEX said they had already sent my debt off to an agency. Since then, the agency has ran my credit report and is now calling me non stop. In my conversation, the AMEX agent on the phone acknowledged that I was calling on the last day, but said they had assigned the debt over a week before that.

After having a few illegal payday loans and following all the great steps and advice given on this site, something still bothers me. Even though I've taken all the necessary steps with these illegal lenders what bothers me most is the fact these snakes have all my personal information as well as everyone else who has dealt with them. Shouldn't we be worried that they have this and could possibly use it in a harmful manner to their advantage?

I am being served from an online payday loan called multiloan source. I have contacted the finance bureau chief in the state of Iowa and he says they have no license here and it is illegal. What do I do?

How do I find out if an online lender who is not on the list as 'legal' for the state of Texas is a CSO?

My mom sent me a text message the other day saying that some Regina Ward from a company called Landmark called my work and talked to my mom about me saying that I was goin to be served papers if I did not call that number back. So I called back twice. Nobody answered either time so I left messages for them. Havent heard anything back from them. Are they even legally able to talk to my mother about this if I dont even live with my parents and im over 18? And are they even legal to call my parents home or my place of work (especially when I dont even know how they got my parents phone number)?

I applied for a payday loan filled out the information but never actually took a loan and nothing has ever been deposited into my account. Now, I am getting threat calls, informing me that a legal action against me is on its way within 2 days not until my lawyer or I will contact them immediately.it says they have information and action will be taken to garnish your wages. What can I do to make these calls stop???
