Paydaymobility.com - says intentional neglect?

12 years 1 month ago
I have a loan with paydaymobility. I took it out for $500 on February 6, 2013. I have paid back $150 bi-weekly (2/22/13, 3/8/13 and 3/22/13) which leaves a balance of $50. I told them I was willing to pay the $50 and asked where I could send payment because I wasn't giving out my account number (I closed checking account that I had loan through).

Functions still missing

We do not have the function anymore to merge/move posts that have hijacked threats or for posters posting in multiple threads. It helps this place stay more organized. We also used to be able to search posters posts by clicking on their names....it was a valuable tool.

Northstar

I actually have a judgement from these guys. Is there anything I can do to get this off? At the time they should have sent me a summons...if they actually did I lived in a different city. I don't think this is fair at all. Any suggestions on what I should do?

ive sent the letters...waiting

I am in deep with some payday loan companies.the interest costs were so high that I couldn't afford to pay my mortgage, car, electricity etc... I've looked them up and all 5 are not licensed in Illinois. I followed the steps... closed my bank account, sent letters of revoke for ACH and wage assignment and gave copies to my employer. I included a repayment plan in each of the letters all except for one which I have over paid the principal in interest alone. Anyway, I have yet to hear from any of them and I'm nervous and scared.

Locating Service

12 years 1 month ago
I fell into the payday trap a few years ago. I have paid so much in interest that it is insane. I live in Ohio and all of my PDLs are legal. I had three. In December I closed my bank account and asked for EPPs with two of them. After I asked for the EPP I realized I wasn’t going to be able to swing the payments. I talked with a loan consolidation company and the man suggested that I let the accounts go to collection so that I could negotiate a lower payment plan with them. Last week I received my first collection call.

Lawsuit threats?

12 years 1 month ago
Hi everyone, You all helped me through a payday loan scenario with 4 different lenders back in December. I sent them all the letters, closed my account, etc. I heard back from two asking me just to pay what was left on the principal which was more than I calculated, we went back and forth in emails for a bit and then I didn't hear anything else. Things are very tight, so I haven't paid either.

How do I stop Mambo cash from taking money out of my account? I borrowed $500 in Dec. and they are still taking money out. Is it legal for them to do this?

Interest

I got a judgement against me last year, once that happened I worked out payment arrangements with the collection company. My original bill was $500 and once they got the judgment my bill was $2200 which is crazy but I just wanted to make the payments and get it over with. I first made a $500 payment and then I was supposed to pay $130 a month until it was paid off, I made $160 payments most of the time ($30 more then what I was supposed to pay) and then I lost my job and was only able to pay $60 a month for three months, by then my balance was only $278.
