CWB Services has sent me 3 pdl"s for 200$! in the past 3 months.They are totally illegal and i never even got to sign a contract!! they just sent me a copy of my loan agreement and approval.. I don't know who to call please hellp me.. My bank is negative now and i need to stop these people!!!!!!

Does anyone have the info to can't act western sky/ cash call?? I've emailed the complaint email they have in their site but they have not replied to the email about revoking ACH.

HELP!!!!I have a pay day loan with many lenders and I am screwed. One of them I think may be illegal..not sure. They are going to roll over this pay day loan a 4th time. wisconsin says:they cannot roll over past 4 times. What happens after that 4th time?? I did not receive a product that I ordered. I contacted merchant (no resolution) . I contacted my credit card company they processed a chargeback in my favor refunding me the money. Fine as no merchandise was received. Now merchant sent to Collections.. I received the CA letter ..Advise please

I live in NJ and have 7 payday loans, and I've overpaid all but 2 of them.they are Cash call ( originated with western sky) i owe 375.00 toward principal Cash cure Cash yes Golden valley Castle payday ( i owe 41.00 toward principal) Plain green Cash web usa I have closed my bank account, sent revocations of ACH and wage assignment. I've asked for refunds and paid in full letters for the ones I overpaid. So far I have only heard from Plain green, asking me to call them.
