I gave a vehicle back-voluntary, my mistake, by listening to dealership, telling me to just give it back, you owe too much, and put me in a new one! This was in 2006, now I have a closed account, and a charged off account showing, and I think they are trying to serve me for a judgement. If the account is showing closed or charged off can they still place a judgement on me? I seen that as of four years in Texas, which I am, that it will be dismissed for statue of Limitations. Would that mean that it has been fours years if my credit says this? I am not sure of dates.

I still owe 18000 to my lender, I tried to sell it, but they will give me 15000 and I cant pay the difference of 3000. would the lender let me sell it to the dealer for 15000 and the another 3000 I will pay them every month?

Hi, I did not realize that my husband had an old check-n-go online PDL back 2 years ago. I guess when we took it out, we had so many and just didn't realize it. I believe the loan was $1000 from what the messages I have received is indicating. The new balance is now close to $3000.

Hello, I have filed for Chap. 13 bankruptcy without my spouse. The Trustee is really giving me a hard time due to the secured loans are all in my spouse's name...car loans & mortgate...I have provided her with the car loan statements and now she is asking for a certified copy of oru deed...my attorney's office says this is normal but I feel like the Trustee is making it hard for me to file a Chapter 13 & would rather I just file a Chapter 7...has anyone else had these kind of problems?

Has anyone delt with this company...I have tried researching them, but have found no information whatsoever...they are currently suing me and I would to find some information or people's experience with them...

has anybody heard of these people? they just called me at work (which i did ask them NOT to call me here anymore) they were saying they have a pending case against me that he is calling from the fraud dep at simpson and lynch his name is morris day the number i got was 866-295-1330 x 1005 i have a feeling that its another low life collection agency, but he was very pleasent to talk to on the phone he wasnt rude or pushy, he just said that cashnet will be sending the "case" on friday. any info on these people? thanks in advance

Got a phone call a little bit ago from Rocky Boy Ventures(otherwise known as Red River, Together Cash, City View, etc.) They wanted to know if I had an attorney so they could fax information to them as well. Do you think that this is a scare tactic. I've already pointed out to them that they are lending money Illegally and I do not owe them anything but principal. This is the first time that Together Cash called me as Rocky Boy ventures. What should I do??
