Can payday loans be consolidated ?? Thanks

I have read a couple of bad reviews of this agency, so I am doubtful of calling them, esp. when there are so many others to choose from.... Just wondering if anyone is aware. thanks - There is a report on them on the Rip Off Report website concerning this agency Bay View, (we are not allowed to post a link here) I am researching and need to contact a trustworthy agency very soon, and I am from New Jersey. I am going to register shortly with your site, I just think I may do it from home rather than from work,,, I cannot access my home email at my job so I may have to wait.

I am in heavy CC debt. Have good payment history, but high debt to income. Have potential to get some money from family to help me - one time thing have to make the most of it. I am current on my payments. Will anyone settle with me for less than the full amount owed? I am talking to a credit counseling person by email but want other advice as well. If I pay off 2 or 3 of my lower balances will my other creditors with higher balances raise my payments or interest if they see others get paid off?

Curious to see if anyone has had any recent settlement offers with Capital One? My account is approaching chargeoff & has been assigned to Global Credit & Collections. I am approaching chargeoff and would settle for 60% if they would divide it up. I can't get them to work with me at all.

has anyone ever heard of this company? i paid this loan off last year. they have a nerve to offer me a settlement on something that was already paid off. now i am seeing RED TO THE 10TH POWER.... I AM SOOO F%$%$%g SICK OF THESE BLOODSUCKERS I WISH I COULD PUT THEM ALL ON AN ISLAND SOMEWHERE. NOW I HAVE THE LUXURY OF GOING THROUGH PAPERWORK AND EMAILS TO SHOW PROOF. UUUUUUUUUGH!!!!!!!!!!!1

I have gotten over my head in PDL's can someone please advise me on how to get out. I am willing to pay what i borrowed but the weekly rates have got me in trouble. I live in PA and found out they are illegal, so how can i get ACH withdraws to stop and the phone calls to stop? Thanks in advance for your help.

Has anybody gotten an update address or website/ email I sent my letter to them but was returned. BBB also forwarded my complaint and same thing returned undeliverable.
