My home is in foreclosure the mortgage is getting hight and I cant afford to pay for it because I loss my job. I cant afford to loss my home because it has sentimental value and the fruit of my labor the only thing that I can leave for my son. I keep seeking any lawyer that would help my loan modification but still I cant find most of the lawyers that I approached with seem not good enough.

Hello, AE is sueing me a arbitration law suit for a unpaid credid card amount. Which has been filed at the county clerks off here in my state of Pa. On checking the filing in the suit says in the doc file attached, a true and correct copy of the total due is attached below in section "A" There is nothening attached?

I would prefer not to close my account. I going to try, removing the overdraft coverage from my account, in addition to requesting an ACH Block. I will just have to pay the overdraft fees. I remember reading somewhere that online PDL are only allowed to debt your account (to collect a debt) a certain number of time (1-2) depending on the state. I'm believe it's two time here. I just got a letter from wells fargo saying my account was going to be charged off in 7 days if I did not pay. I am just over 100 days late. I thought the norm was 180 days, are they speeding up the timeline or just blowing smoke.

Im currently 44 days late on my car payment. It is financed through Nuvell Financial. I've heard really bad stories about this companys collection practices. My question is how long do thet usually wait before they repo? Do they have to tell me before they do it? I live in WI and don't really understand the things I've read on it so far. Hello, I am in the processing of paying back a magnum Cash advance loan that I took out of $896. I have paid back $371. My question is thier disclosure statement says that laws of the British Virgin Islands may be different than the state you reside in and that British Virgin Island Laws are "king" when it comes to any transaction with Magnum Cash Advance. Does this mean that they are ILLEGAL since they are making their home office the British Virgin Islands? What do I need to pay back to this company? Anybody have a similar situation? Thanks.

Hello, I 've been on a DMP for about 3 months but now I realize with the payday loans that I have...it's going to be tough to make the DMP payment until those payday loans are taken care of. I mailed each one of my creditors a letter asking for a debt settlement offer and an amount that I would be able to pay each month. Should I still send in payments or wait until I get some offers (and stop payments on the ones I have already sent in?) Thanks.

Does anyone know anything about this company? They have called and I called them back, but they won't answer questions, only tell me they want me to agree to what they are saying. I tried to get an address for them, which I partially got from the person who answered the phone, but there is apparently a building number or name that I need as well that the agent I spoke with refused to give me. She also refused to answer questions about the letter they said they sent me, but I don't recall receiving.

my wife made my bank of america payment of 350 dollars (at 13 percent) early the morning of june 13. it was due the 12th, but it was a weekend and didnt post til the 15th, monday. so they raised the rate to 27 percent, bringing the payment up 173 dollars a month, to 523. i called and talked to them, they say nothing can be done about it. i told them i dont have enough to pay that amount. i dont. now what do i do?
