Hello all This site has been invaluable... I need some assistance....please! I have contacted the Florida Office of Financial Regulation and they have asked for some info, regarding addresses of Ashland Services.Kenwood LLC and Eastside Lenders I know I have seen them somewhere listed in a forum, I just cannot find it. I think I found the Eastside address though... If someone can point me in the right direction OR respond with the addresses, I would be most grateful. FYI.. The answer I received from the FLOFR is as follows: Your email was forwarded to me and I will try to assist you.

I defaulted on my mortgage for 2 months and my credit score went from 703 to 610. I signed up for the obama help homeowners plan, got accepted for 3 months and i am in the proccess of getting help from my motgage for a loan modification. I have about 30k in credit card debt and the lady from the hope hot line was telling me to stop paying my credit cards.. i know i would be offered settlements and etc downt he road after being late and was wondering if its going to hurt my credit score even more? and how long would it hurt it for?

CBHV is giving me a hard time about submitting bill to BCBS. Needs to be there by July 23 to meet 6th month timely filing status. They now have my insurance info, the dr has my insurance info. How can I insure that they do not delay bill being submitted therefore making me responsible for entire amount?

I have settled two Credit cards with the original creditors one week before charge off and am waiting for the arrival of the settlement letters. I have two questions: 1. What should I make sure these letters contain, in order to make sure that the money will be for full payment? I have heard some horror stories of the money only being applied to the balance and the remainder being charged off. 2. What is the best method of payment?

Was wondering if anyone had an address/fax/email for mycashnow. I have been trying to send them my letter but the support @ mycashnow.com keeps bouncing back to me. I'm going to trial on a 5 yr old debt that is past the sol (3yrs in my state). I know I can get this dismissed in court but I want to try to offer a settlement to the CA at court so that I can get this off my credit reports NOW and never have another CA call me on this. I am willing to offer up to a one-time 50% lump sum payment to the CA if and only if they agree to give me a "paid in full" letter with a full release from the debt in exchange. My questions is: How do I make sure the "paid in full" letter is legal and binding?
