went to pick up my property, andf had money in my pocket to get the car back if i could. got the run around by them saying, "the guy that has the key to the storage is out on repo's. waited all day. i was tld to come back the next day when the financing lady was there. keep in mind all my tools for work were in there, and this dealership is currently 3 hours from where i live! can they turn me down when i go to collect my property? is it legal to tell me no you can't have it right now when i was there during normal hours10:00 am to 7:30 pm.

I have a valid debt that MCM is collecting. I recieved a letter from them that basically reads "pay 500 now or we'll sue". I called them up requesting documentation showing that they 1) owned the debt and 2) that if I paid the debt they would report it as paid in full. They responded by sending me a offer of 75 percent. Okay sounds good, I can probably pay that, it will be a huge stretch but I might manage it. Problem is the offer expires 6/29. I call them up and tell them that I intend to accept their offer but need 1wk or 2wk extension on the offer. Their response, NO!

I have been reading up on this site all day and printed a few things off. I have several pay loans out, all have payment arrangements made for except SSM LLC and Namakan AKA clearwaterbay marketing. SSM LLC Default as of Feb of 2009 amount borrowed $250 amount currently owed $716.25 My bank account went negative with them debiting my account over and over, even though I closed the account, my credit union said I will continue to recieve overdraft fees every time they try to debit the closed account.

If I am being garnished by child support and they are taking more then 25% of my income can i be garnished by another creditor?

I know that Cash Plus USA is supposed to be a CSO however I do not see nothing on their website which confirms that. I do not see anything saying they are member of CFSA. Other CSO's like Cashnet Usa or Cash Central have their license on the website, do not allow more than 4 extensions after which you have to pay the loan in full. I think there is something fishy about Cash Plus.

I am in Texas and have taken out several payday loans in order to save my house (my mortgage). The payday loan fees take half of my check. Is there any company that will consolidate these so I can stop paying the high iterest fees and just make a repayment plan to these people? I am having a hard time keeping up with my other bills because of the fees. Thanks for any help anybody can suggest.

Forum, Today I received in the US mail without a return address a default final judgment. I live in the State of Florida and never received a summons to appear in court. Is this something new? The cover letter advises me to fill out a Florida Small Claims Rule Form 7.343. Can someone explain what the process is? The lawyer office listed on the cover letter has no phone number to contact, Borack & Associates, P.A. Maitland, Flordia. Please assist. Thank you

I am in Payday loan hell. I have 7 outstanding payday loans, most of which I have paid at least double the amount of the total loan amount in fees and I still owe the amount of the loan - Uggh! I have been reading the forums, and I must say it has give me some hope for getting myself out of this payday loan situation. I am wondering if anyone from NY has any success stories for dealing with payday loans companies? Has anyone had success getting a refund of the amount you paid over the principle loan? Any information would be helpful - thank you!

how much was the 2008 stimules check for for a married couple with 2 kids a combined income of 60000 per year

So I recently went to court with WWR representing Discover Card. A judgement was award for $8k. What happens next? Will they proceed with interogatories or will they just try to levy my bank account? Would they be willing to set up a payment plan? I am in PA and any info helps. Thanks
