I live in Texas and got into huge trouble with way too many payday loans ... it became overwhelming in December when each paycheck was almost entirely going to the payday fees --- not the actual principal ... I had to borrow money from another PDL so I could pay rent, car, gas, food ... since my entire paycheck went to PDL loan fees! I was terrified and freaked ... closed my bank account in mid-January this year and at first entered into a debt consolidation program with a company that 'specializes' in online PDL pay-downs ...

I have a few payday loans in texas and do not know what to do? I have 2 payday loans out from Cash Supply and CashnetUSA. My loan with Cash Supply was for $600.00 I have paid $425.00 as of right now. They are charging $75 per week for finance fee. Is this amount correct for Texas laws. I tried to figure the apr and I showed it is higher than legal limit. Also on CashnetUSA I have a $600.00 loan with interest of $150.00 for every 14 days. It shows the apr is 500% is that legal? What are my options? Can I send a revoke authorization to keep them from taking money from my account?

Had my 341 meeting or meeting with creditors today, I got there way early, like an hour to check out the place and get a feel before my appointment. It was weird. It was everyone who was filing for bankruptcy and had meetings today in one room with the trustee at the front and one table with a name card that said Creditors and one table with a name card that said Debtors. So, I sat through about 5 meetings before mine and not one creditor showed up!

We sent out a debt verification letter to NCO financial who is on my credit report but got a letter back from Palisades whom NCO I though had purcased the debt from (thus 2 nd collection)... I'm not sure wo to respond to or who to work with or how to respond... Please help...

Need to get out of the PDL cycle am currently in. Have 3 loans out all of which are storefront. 850 w/Cash Box, 850 w/Rapid Cash and 900 w/Check City. Have no idea how much I have paid them already, more than the original loan for sure. Just wondering what the best way to get out of this is without ruining my credit.

I applied for a loan through Kijjiji, I received many replies. I had a family emergency 3 weeks ago and I needed a loan of $5,000 this company westernsideloans that is based in London England said they approved my loan and if I sent $374.00 US I would receive my loan in 10 mins. I sent the money and after 10 mins got another email asking for an additional $410.00 canadian as I am in Canada. I refused to send it and reported it to the police and western union because they said it was a fraud,and boy did I learn my lesson

I have a collection on my credit bureua that I have sent a DV letter to. In the meantime I pulled a different report and find that on that report they ahve listed the debt as a collection but also with a past due balance. I didn't think they could do that. So my questions are: 1) Since this is a CA, can they list it as both past due (Showing me as delinquent on an account) and a collection? 2) If they can't, how do I get this fixed? I appreciate your help!
