Can PDL go to Credit bureaus? Big 3. If so how long does it take before they get on report

I had a handle on my payments until the credit card companies increased all the interest rates. What can I do, if anything, to get back on track so that I don't go under?

why do you use the income before tax for the means test i went to one site thats had a quick means test , the results were that i would have 1200.00 disposable income LOL ! The other site ask for more detailed info and deducted for taxes paid , car mantaince , and gave a standard detuction for utilities. at the end it said my disp. income was 150.00 does this sound right

I borrowed $400 dollars (total $520) from Integrity Advance 12-15-08. The first payment on 1-2-09 was deducted as agreed. All payments thereafter were deducted 1 day earlier resulting in a $35 bank overdraft fee. I unfortunately did not catch the error until late May (Account in Rollover starus or whatever). End result: I have paid approx $1000 in principal and interest (account paid in full) The loan agreement addresses my responsibilities and NSF charges ect. but does not address if error is made on Integrity's behalf.

a CA has been reporting a 2006 debt on my file, 158$. I disputed in writing by CMRR five times since January. no response. I disputed with Experian two times in writing. They send me a letter that they verified the debt as mine, providing no detailed information and keep posting the debt. I filed a complaint with FTC. nothing changes. What can I do to help my situation? I am out of ideas and sick of paying expensive letters to these people. Please advise. Thank you!:)

Hi, I reside in WA state and allowed myself to fall victim to PDLs-7 to be exact and balance owed as follows: ACE -$685; Advance America - $685; Dollarwise - $575; LoanMart - $575; Checkmate - $795; Advance Cash - $795; and Moneytree - $795. Employed but currently 8-months default on mortgage and currently seeking loan mod assist; also in default with creditors. Sought help with PDLs but made matters worse as they were used to pay each off then would reloan to fiance daily/monthly living expense.

how can i reach them to pay the original amount?

Hi. Im trying to settle a debt with Captial one for 800.00, but the credit card only had a limit of 300.00, so essentialy Im being asked to pay 500.00 more than I had ever spent. I want to settle, they have sent me a court summons to appear for this debt, but I would like to settle for something less than the 800.00, does anyone have any advice? Help!

I have a couple questions about my payday loans...first of all, I live in Maryland where these types of loans are illegal, but the companies are saying they are in other states (for instance, greenlight funds is in Delaware) and they are saying that the contracts are valid because they are licensed in THEIR state. Second, I went to my bank to ask them to close my account-they said that I cannot close my account because I have a negative balance (from the payday loans trying to debit so many times-returned item fees) that I cannot pay just yet.

I get a letter about every six months from RJM and my credit report shows that they view it about 2-3 times a year. It's about a debt from the early 90's. Being past the SOL, it doesn't seem this should be legal to just pull a person's credit report to view whenever they want. Is there any way to stop them or what can I do? Thank you.
