I have Pyaday loans from several payday lenders in Colorado. Even with the payment plans the amounts are more then I can afford. Can anyone give me some advice?

Lost and confused. I want to eliminate all my pay day loans but not sure what is the best plan to start. I have loans with PLS Check N Go Check into Cash Cash Tyme EZ Money All are in WI I have not paid on the loans in a month, What are the steps for contacting the corp office and getting good documentation going. I also have one loan with Check N Cash that went to small claims court. How do I keep them all moving in the right direction with only a small amount of money to work with.

Well National Credit Adjusters took their last payments today for our Check n Go loans :D Now we only have 1 loan left!!! WoooHoooo and that is with Advance America and we only owe them $132 which we will be paying in 2 weeks :D I am soooooo happy to be this close to ending the cycle. I just cannot believe this day would ever come. It's been over 2 years :shock: But it's finally comming to an end. And then to find out my state may finally do something about payday lending makes me feel good knowing that others will not be in the same situation as I was 3 years ago.

Can anyone tell me how low their credit score dropped after going DMP? If I'm at 620 now will it go any lower?

Ok so I have a modem and wireless router for my son's pc and playstation. I rearranged my bedroom last weekend and had to unplug the PC and all the wires (that's the room its in), when we plugged everything back up, the router didn't work. I've been trying to read on-line but I don't understand all the pc jargon. When we first got the router a friend gave it to us, we hooked up all the wires/cords and it worked. But reading online it looks like its telling me I need to put in some codes and other stuff. Any ideas? Thanks Reny

hello all, I got letters this morning. One from EQ reading that high fraud alert was put on my file and that EQ requested TU and EX to do the same for 90 days. I also had a letter from EX reading the same.....as per your request we put the fraud alert.. I never requested it. The letters say that it will instruct credit grantors to verify my information.... I am just worried that this might hurt me. I am not sure how will this affect me.

Just wondering if any Texas residents have had luck getting PIF from illegal PDL's calling them on not being licensed.....I keep getting the "you agreed to laws of state PDL is in " ......I've filed FTC, BBB and TX AG complaints. Haven't called Texas office of consumer credit or called AG to get their feelings on illegal internet PDL's but wondering about other TX residents experiences / results.....

Hi! I have a couple of pdls I am trying to get paid off; trying to figure out the best way to go about this with limited funds.I know they dont seem like a ton, but Im really on a limited budget right now with the way they've had to tighten stuff at work with the economy. They were all store front loans.
