Does anyone know who this number (818-296-4015) belongs to? I have been getting some nasty mesages on my home and cell phones. It is a heavily accented voice, but the caller does not say where he is calling from. He asks that either me or my attorney call back and wishes me "good luck." I have tried back a few times, but it rings and no one answers. I am kind of nervous and wish I could place the number. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Help. My husband and I were going through some rough financial times and got suckered int to those nifty online payday loans and now we are stuck in Payday loan HELL.We're both being harrassed day and night and fully intend to pay our debts owed if they are legit debts.

I have a personal loan with citi-financial (local branch). I have about 1400 left to pay. For the past few months our income has been cut dramaticly. We continue to pay, but late. In the past when we got behind they would threaten us with small claims court. Can they threaten you with court? If they are serious, how do you know they are serious or pulling your chain?

i agreed to settle a debt with nes, however they made me very mad. they said payment by electronic check was scheduled for friday, they never took the money. this collection dosen't even appear on my credit report and its been 2 years. bottom line is i stopped payment on the check today. what repercusions could there be?

While trying to get approved for a mortgage, I just found out that I have a judgement against me from 9/1/2002, from an apartment management company. I had a company transfer out of state to NC, and the manager agreed to break my lease without penalty (except forfeiture of my security deposit). I did not get this in writing. Anyhow, they apparently took it to court, and of course, since I was out of state, they won the case for $2600.

RJM has been putting me off I paid them in full in April and they never mailed me a final receipt. I can't get a checking acct because its still on chex system what can i do?.

I just received a call from the fraud dept with our police department. He said that Second Wallet is prosecuting me for bad check charges. I last paid on the loan on 12-07 and I paid them back plus more with the fees. Is Second Wallet legal in the state of Tennessee? Has anyone been sued by them? Thanks in advance.
